My primary goal is to help clientsbuild globally diversified portfoliosin an effort to produce potentiallycompetitive risk-adjusted perform-ance based on the client’s uniquegoals. I also have experience incorpo-rating alternative investment offer-ings into suitable client portfolios,developing possible tax-efficientstrategies for executives with con-centrated stock positions and work-

ing with clients’ legal and tax advi-sors to help formulate philanthropicstrategies, with a particular focus oncharitable giving as a component of acomprehensive estate plan.

I joined Morgan Stanley in 2006following more than 3 years withDavis Polk & Wardwell where I was acorporate lawyer. I hold a Bachelorof Science in Industrial and LaborRelations from Cornell Universityand a JD from Duke UniversitySchool of Law where I graduatedmagna cum laude.

A strong advocate of giving back tothe community, I am on the ParentBoard and Benefit Committee of theR Baby Foundation.

I enjoy playing basketball and golf,and most importantly, spending timewith my family. I live in Closter, NJwith my wife Jamie and son Charlie.

I am Series 3, 7, 31, 66 registered,insurance licensed, and have attainedmy CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLAN-NER™ certification. I graduated fromthe University of Scranton in 2003with a Bachelor of Science inMarketing.

I am passionate about helpingclients achieve their financial goals.This includes all aspects of financialplanning such as investments, lend-ing and insurance, as well as theplanning regarding taxes, retirement,

children’s education, and estate mat-ters.

I am committed to fostering ongo-ing relationships with our clients andfocused on helping them make theimportant decisions that are neces-sary throughout the financial plan-ning process. I currently reside inCranford, New Jersey with my wifeAnna and daughter Isabelle.

I am committed tohelping ensure that our clientsunderstand the interconnectednature of investments, taxes, insur-ance, and lending in order to proper-ly prepare for their retirement andestate planning needs.

Administration from the RobinsSchool of Business with concentra-tions in both Finance andEconomics. I am very active in ourbusiness school's alumni communityin an effort to give back to the schoolthat had such a positive impact onmy life. I am also an active supporterof The R Baby Foundation as well asDon Bosco Prep's Football Program.

Athletics is where I spend a greatdeal of my free time and often coachon a voluntary basis. History is also apassion of mine and I can often befound reading a book on a presidentor great leader in our nation'shistory. Nothing, however, is moredear to me than my family andfriends with whom I enjoy spendingmost of my time. I currently residein Manhattan.

A Brooklyn College Alumni, Ireceived my Bachelor of Science inPsychology with a minor inEconomics. I am actively involvedwith the Brooklyn CollegePreparatory Center and volunteer tomentor inner-city children (gradesK-6). I am an ardent supporter of St.Jude Children’s Research Hospital.At present, I reside in Brooklyn, NY

with my family. In my spare time, Ienjoy scenic walks, traveling, andabove all, spending time with myfamily and friends.
