Steps to Use the Update Applications Wizard – General Tab1 Identify the school to include in processing.
2 Globally update status information using the Status, Status date, and Status reason fields.
3 Determine whether to update the grade apply and current grade on records.
4 If desired, select the following checkboxes:• Create exception query• Create query of applicants with changes• Print a control report

Identify attributes to copy from the student view of the record to the applicant view of the record.
Filters Tab
Limit the students included in processing by name, status, grade level, and/or attribute.

2 Globally update status information using the Status, Status date, and Status reason fields.
3 In the Promotion schedule field, select the promotion schedule to use, such as High School.
4 In the To year field, select the academic year for student reenrollments.
5 If desired, select the following checkboxes:• Create exception query• Create query of students with changes• Print a control report
