CHEF

www.thelifestylesuite.com

Born in Tasmania and raised in Naples, Massimo watched his grandmother, aunties and mother cook and prepare food in the kitchen every day. He believes the thing that makes Italian food amazing is simplicity and the freshest ingredients.

His career reads with a slew of awards and between 1999 and 2005 he won everything from Apprentice of the Year, to a Chef’s Hat and the People’s Choice Awards at the Lexus Young Chef of the Year Competition.

Hungry for more knowledge, Massimo took off around the world, moving back to Italy’s south to master his craft while travelling including to the US where he managed a large team of chefs for the G’Day USA gala event which catered for 800 VIPs from around the world.

On his return to Australia - Massimo’s ethos of Tutti A Tavola (everyone to the table) was brought to life when he hosted his own pop up by the same name, collaborating with local producers and celebrating the art of true Italian feasting - where good food is made with fresh seasonal ingredients, cooked simply and with little fuss.

After 20 years cooking in some of the country’s busiest, best kitchens and alongside the famed chefs who have owned them, Massimo continues to build on his success through his business Food by Massimo - hosting street feasts and guest appearances at specialty dinners across Australia as well as running cooking demonstrations and producer dinners in his native Tasmania.

Just like his cooking, in life he is full of spirit and adventure, excelling in his true passion - Italian street food shared with friends and diners, creatively, simply and superbly in a social and uncomplicated way.

His TV appearances include Foxtel’s Imagine This, Ready Steady Cook, Yes Chef, Mornings Battle of the Chef’s and he is a regular at food and wine shows around the country. Live on stage he is at once entertaining, charming and downright cheeky.

Massimo is available for TV presenting, brand partnerships, live events and cooking demonstrations.

VET & TV PRESENTER

www.thelifestylesuite.com

From early on, James knew he wanted to spend his time working with animals. Born in Queensland, James spent his youth growing up between country Australia and Sydney. Over the years, his dedication and love of animals has seen him do everything from working as a rural vet treating cattle, sheep, pigs and horses to working internationally as an emergency vet treating household pets and small animals.

In 2012, his rural roots saw James make the move to the South Coast of NSW and become a partner in the Berry Veterinary Clinic, and co-host of Foxtel Lifestyle’s observational documentary Village Vets Australia. Across two series, the show explored the stories and challenges of the local community, treating the community’s pets and animals and the stories of hope and heartbreak within.

He has co-authored two books, Village Vets and Calving Straps and Zombie Cats, both released through ABC Harper Collins. Like the show, the books tell the story of life in a small country practice, the animals treated, those saved and lost.

Having appeared at events all over the country including Dog Lovers Shows and regional

community based pet and animal expos, James is a natural on stage, educating us all about our pets, how they form part of our lives and how best to look after them.

He has been a media spokesperson for a variety of campaigns including Keeping Australia Pet Friendly and Have You Seen Your Cat Lately and is a vital source of information for all of us in how to look after and care for our pets.

In 2018, James relocated his family to Sydney to pursue his interest working with companion animals.

He is excited to be able to share his expertise and passion for talking about all things animal health and how we integrate animals into our everyday lifestyle to enhance our wellbeing.

James is available for TV presenting, brand partnerships and live events.

NUTRITIONIST, NATUROPATH & RECIPE CREATOR

www.thelifestylesuite.com

His refreshingly honest approach cuts through the wellness noise and helps his audience make real and sustainable change to their wellbeing.

Years before becoming a nutritionist and naturopath, Reece’s love of wholesome eating began on his family farm in Western Australia. It was there, while helping his green-thumbed grandfather tend to the overgrown veggie patch, that Reece developed a keen sense of connection to the land and where his food came from. And it was in the kitchen that his mum taught him to cook. From there, a love of good food was ignited.

In a clinical setting, as well as through years of public speaking and involvement in print and broadcast media, Ree=ce has helped people unlearn years of restrictive, harmful, and fad-based eating behaviours. In their place, he instils the benefits of wholesome eating patterns and dietary diversity — with a focus on gut health, mental wellbeing and weight management.

Reece has appeared on Channel 7’s The Morning Show to ‘myth bust’ wellness trends, Channel 9’s Today to showcase affordable supermarket

swaps for overhyped super foods, and Sky News to weigh in on Australia’s national eating habits. He has also appeared on The Daily Edition, Studio Ten, and Sunrise; and has contributed to digital and print publications that include Body + Soul, GQ, Woman’s Day, The Australian Women’s Weekly, Men’s Health and Women’s Fitness among others.

Reece is the author of two books: The Garden Apothecary and The Happy Gut. He has an active audience of over 50,000 people across Instagram and Facebook.

His expertise is effective, fun and cheekily delivered with his down to earth Aussie charm.

Reece is available for brand and campaign partnering, presenting, recipe and content creation, writing and media opportunities.

PARALYMPIC SWIMMER & MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER

www.thelifestylesuite.com

She now has 15 Paralympic medals under her belt, an OAM for her achievements and service to Australian sport, and the whole of Australia behind her. She’s raw and real, funny and wonderfully charismatic. She is refreshingly humble, modest and completely unaware of the true inspiration she is.

After an incredible six medal haul at the 2012 London Paralympics, four of them gold, in 2013 Ellie underwent a double shoulder reconstruction and was told she may never swim again. Rather than give in, she fought her way back and went onto compete in a successful 2016 Rio Paralympics campaign with six medals (including two gold) in the six events she competed in. Ellie now has her sights set on the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics.

Ellie’s skills extend outside of the pool. She is a regular on TV, having appeared on Channel 7’s Better Homes and Gardens, The Morning Show and The Daily Edition. She was featured in Japanese production company WOWOW’s documentary series Who I Am, highlighting some of the world’s most successful Paralympians and has gone on to partner with brands such as Toyota, Daiwa House and Pantene.

As an accomplished speaker, she finds ways to connect with groups as diverse as student groups, corporate audiences and senior boards.

She is incredibly passionate about the subject of diversity and inclusion not only in sport, but in life and as a result has been invited to speak at the 2019 Cannes Lions on this very subject.

It is Ellie’s charisma and her unrivalled sense of humour that make her truly magnetic. She tells her inspiring story with her customary humility, never for a second dwelling on the adversity she has overcome and the odds she has beaten to be where she is today.

Ellie has been recognised for the remarkable sportswoman she is including nominations for the ABC Sports Personality of the Year, The AFR’s 100 Women of Influence and Cosmo’s Fun Fearless Female Award.

Ellie is available for media and PR opportunities, corporate hosting and speaking, commentating and brand partnerships.

ADVENTURER & PHILANTHROPIST

www.thelifestylesuite.com

Starting his career in the corporate world (management consulting), and always with a passion for philanthropy, in 2012, Josh Stinton took on the challenge of his life and in doing so, changed the course of his own and others lives forever.

Born and raised in Denver Colorado, Josh relocated to Australia fourteen years ago to complete his studies in International Business and a Masters in Banking & Financial Regulation. Since then, his career has seen him work as a “design thinking” facilitator, supporting businesses to create appropriate solutions to their challenges.

In 2012, what started out as a friendly dare would change his life forever. Josh agreed to take on one of the most challenging ski races in the world (a 90km cross-country ski race in Sweden) all without ever having skiied a day in his life. On completing the race, Josh founded Outspire - a community committed to doing good. To do this, Josh travels the world taking on some of the hardest challenges known to man all in an effort to raise awareness for small charities in need.

Since his first challenge just over five years ago, Josh has gone on to complete a number

of other incredible challenges including representing Australia in Unicon, a 14km downhill mountain unicycle race; and mountain biking in the world’s toughest 700km off-road race Arctic Mountain in Alta Norway and most recently handcycling the entire length of Japan. He has a slew of challenges planned for the next 5-10 years and with it, the list of charities he’s hoping to support.

Well documented both here and in various Nordic countries, his pursuits have attracted a significant amount of media attention. Often referenced as the “ Charity Adventurer”, Josh strives to encourage others to action through a range of activities including challenge participation, keynote speaking and workshop facilitation.

Josh’s passion for giving back to charity has seen him win accolades such as Project Future’s top honour – being crowned the charity’s “Stella Fella” title. His escapades are well documented and he has appeared on everything from The Project & The Today Show to The Daily Edition.

Josh is available for keynote speaking, film and video opportunities & brand partnerships.
