Immunoassay/ELISA QuestionnaireThank you for agreeing to participate in the Immunoassay Survey. Your answers will be used in aggregate with other survey participants to help life science product suppliers develop systems with the performance characteristics that are most important to you.

We will randomly select one individual from the pool of respondents to receive US$500 (or foreign currency equivalent). In addition, we will randomly select one 1 of every 25 participants to receive a $25 gift certificate to Amazon.com.
