Leadership Reflection

While education and learning have a deep-rooted history, theory, and evidence-based practice, today's leaders are not engaged in education solely for the sake of knowledge. Leadership seems to be an accomplished attribute that continues to evolve. I have strong convictions that leadership is obtained through patience and persistence. The merit of this science is always transforming itself, especially to our youth. If we fail as leaders to withhold its value in any regards, and present it as such to all stakeholders, they will succumb to learning material rather than learning to achieve.

Future Goals and Directions

• Continue the journey as a life-long learner.• Keep a clear cut vision. • Align myself with people who want to make a

difference.

I leave you with this…..

Leaders empower and lead by example, not by direction.
