Step 1. Fold a piece of paper in half.
Step 2. Cut from the folded edge. Do NOT cut all the way across the paper.
Step 3. Unfold the paper. Make it into a tube and tape it.
Step 4. Fold the sides of the lantern again so they stand out.
Step 5. Tape or glue a long, thin piece of paper at the top to make a handle.
