Hi guys!
As you know, on Friday, February 13th, our club held its 14th annual Volley-
ballathon! VBAT was a ton a fun as per usual and was very, very, successful!
We raised a lot of money for the ELIMINATE project and brought in many
alumni and students to enjoy the night. More info on how much we raised and
attendance can be found on page 5. Also, in this newsletter you will find a page
dedicated to our new LTG, Kenneth Ye! Kenneth has proven to be an amazing
president and will definitely be carrying on this amazing-ness to his new district
position. Also, congrats to all those that won the 2015-2016 election! Look for-
ward to all of their pictures and short bios in the next newsletter! If you don’t
know who won what position, the new board has been posted on the official
EHTHS Key Club Facebook Page. Along with checking out the new board,
check out your service hours too! The service year is quickly coming to an end
and every general member is required to have at least 50 hours in order to put
Key Club on their resumes. Keep that in mind whenever new projects are posted.
Well I guess that’s it for now, catch you guys on the flipside~

PRESIDENT’S LETTER
Dear Key Clubbers!,
I hope everyone is still pushing their way through the last
four months of the school year! Remember that you must
acquire 50 hours by the end of June as well, and hours
do not carry onto the next year. I am also very excited
for our new Officer board for the 2014-2015 service year! I
have a good feeling that they will be able to carry on
the club and bring some new ideas to our club. Since my
term is almost ending as Club President, I would like to
thank everyone for such a great service year, and it real-
ly could not have been done without everyone's efforts. I
am truly proud to have been your Club President, and
now I am ready to take on my next position as the Lieu-
tenant Governor of Division 2! Congratulations to the
new Officer Board again, and best of luck to them as
well!
Yours In Caring and Service,
Kenneth Ye
President

VBAT 20
15
Volleyballathon is one of the biggest events held by the EHTHS Key Club. This event’s purpose is to
raise money for the ELIMINATE Project. The EMILINATE Project has worked very closely with
Key Club for many years. Their purpose is to fundraise for mothers and children affected with mater-
nal and neonatal tetanus (MNT). You may know that Key Club helps raise money for this project
through Trick-or-Treat for Unicef and VBAT does the same. This year, VBAT raised over $3,600!
With over 400 people in attendance through players and volunteers, the night was a huge success!
Every team was allowed to be made of alumni, staff, or students and all showed great sportsmanship.
We also received a donation from Wawa of over 1,000 juices that were given out to the players and
volunteers. The event lasted from 6pm , the 13th to 2am the 14th! The final game was held at around
1:30 and resulted in “Don’t Worry About It” winning! Well done to everyone that played and to all
of the volunteers for such a successful night! Also congratulations to the Special Events Committee
for all of the money raised and for such a great turnout!
