Personal Statement: I have lived in Ramsgate (Kent, UK) for the majority of my life. I attended Chatham House Grammar School from where I moved onto the University of Portsmouth completing a class in Geographical Science (BSc). Following University I took a position in Pfizer where I supported the Finance Department. I then moved into a Global Business Manager role. Here I support several large organizations in the areas of Budget management, Resource forecasting, Performance Metrics/KPIs and participate/lead in many strategic business projects. 3 Key Achievements:

• Managed the creation of a Regulatory Operations Site presence in Shanghai.

• Implemented a Sourcing Strategy for the Clinical Quality Assurance Organization, a highly regulated environment.

• Developed a cross Divisional KPI Scorecard used for report to the Chief Medical Officer.

Professional Interests: My interests remain in the Strategic Business/Continuous Improvement areas. I enjoy working on projects that offer variety and challenge me in a way that fully exploit my strengths and enable me to improve areas that I am less strong at. Career Aspirations: I highly enjoy working in the pharmaceutical industry and the MBA will significantly contribute to progression within the company. Personal Statement: I am a confident pro-active, ambitious, sociable person who is keen to learn new business concepts and share with my colleagues and subordinates. I have experience working both in teams and on my own. I have made rapid progress in my career extensively from admin assistant to Group supervisor of 120 people within 10 years. Personal Statement: My academic background is business and finance however I got into the social care industry by chance. One of my friends became ill and in order to support them I read up about mental health and became interested. I landed myself a part time job in this sector so that I can have a better understanding about the illness and in turn be able to support her. I have being managing people for over ten years which has been challenging, I enjoy managing systems and changes. Most of all I like to achieve and enjoy challenges. 3 Key Achievements:

• Successfully supported three children through higher education; one is an accountant ACCA , second one is a finance and business auditor and the third is presently in his third year studying Civil engineer at Portsmouth University.

• Successfully develop four staff to become managers. Having six managers direct report to me with different support need and implementing changes to their individual units.

• Achieving my level 5 in Business and Management which is a two/three year course, but was able to complete it in one year. (Degree level ).

• I was a key member of a team that raised $250k in 2 weeks for the Sierra Leone national football team to participate in the World Cup 2010 qualifiers.

Personal Statement: I am a fun loving character who likes to have fun at work and would not work somewhere if it wasn’t enjoyable. My wife and I had our first child in July of 2011 called Angus and he weighed 9lb 4. I work for the Student Union of the University of Kent (Kent Union) and have done so since I graduated from Kent University in 2005. This is my second attempt at student life at the University of Kent and I hope this time I will spend less time enjoying the nightclub and bars that I now manage! 3 Key Achievements:

• Working my way up from a member of student bar staff at Kent Union to a Senior Manager and head of department.

• Led and managed the third largest national student only event in 2010 with 5000 person Summer Ball.

Personal Statement: I am a graduate of the University of Ghana Business school with a BSc Administration degree (Banking and Finance major). I have worked in the Banking Industry for over 6 years and have a wealth of experience in Relationship Management and Credit Analysis. I am a good team player and posses excellent communication skills. I am also an ambitious woman who is excelling in the field of Banking as a result of my hard work and diligence. As the team leader, I effectively managed the TTB/IFC School Finance Programme, a novelty financial product introduced in Ghana in 2005 by the IFC to provide local financing and technical assistance to private basic schools. My efficient management of the programme led to the achievement of many laurels and its success has served as a basis for its replication in other countries. 3 Key Achievements:

My roles have included Regional Manager responsible for business in Africa, India, the Middle East and Eastern Europe and Sales Manager for a specialist product range for the UK. I am part of the Management team for Megger Ltd, responsible for operations, budgeting and reporting to the Megger group board. 3 Key Achievements:

Personal Statement: I graduated from the University of Warwick in 2007 with a 1st Class degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE). I spent a year working for an Insurance Company before embarking upon a career in public policy. I joined Kent County Council on the Kent Graduate Programme in 2008 and spent time working in a number of positions across the County Council including the school’s advisory service (Advisory Service Kent), the Corporate Policy Unit and working directly to the Corporate Management Team. I left the Kent Graduate Programme to undertake a permanent role in Corporate Policy, undertaking a series of organisational reviews and making recommendations to politicians regarding a menu of policy choices. In August 2010 I took up my current position at Kent Police Authority, managing the Performance portfolio for the Authority, and providing high-level strategic advice to Police Authority Members. Both during my time working for Kent County Council (KCC) and Kent Police Authority (KPA) I have worked closely with senior executives and political Members. Personal Statement: I am a social psychology academic interested in the application of psychology to organizations. I also have a one year old daughter and enjoy sailing as a hobby. Personal Statement: Dr Tendayi Viki is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology and the Enterprise Director for the School of Psychology. Tendayi holds a BSc (Hons) degree, an MSc and a PhD in Psychology and he is a Chartered Psychologist. Tendayi's professional affiliations include membership of the British Psychological Society and the European Association of Social Psychology. He has published several scientific papers, including five book chapters, and led seminars and tutorials at international symposia. Tendayi has experience managing research in experimental consumer research, having carried out experimental analyses of brand identity for Whirlpool and package usability for Tetra Pak. He also runs training courses in research methods and data analysis. He is currently researching the social psychological mechanisms that influence the success of organisational innovation. Personal Statement: For the past 16 years I have been running my own business as an independent workforce development consultant. I have worked on a wide range of projects with public, private and third sector organisations and enjoy the variety and challenge this brings.
