Turn right on El Sobrante Rd. Turn right on La Sierra Ave. Take the 91 West. Exit Yorba Linda Blvd./Weir Canyon Rd (Exit 39). Turn right on N. Weir Canyon Road. Turn left on Savi Ranch Pkwy. Turn right on N. Pullman St. Turn right on E. Crystal Drive. (36.8 total miles)

DIRECTIONS TO SHOW FROM HWY 60: Exit Hwy 60 at Moreno Beach Drive, South to Via Del Lago (about 3 miles), left to recreation area. FROM I-215: Exit at Ramona Expy. East to Lake Perris Drive. Left to recreation area. State collects $10.00 entrance fee at gate (subject to change) and entrance gate may be subject to delays. Grounds are available Friday beginning at 2 pm. Gate opens at 6 am each day. Overnight parking from 3-10 pm. Parking will be controlled. No saving of spaces or set ups in parking lot will be allowed. An unloading area will be available. Vehicles must be moved immediately upon completion of unloading or vehicle will be towed. PARK IN DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS ONLY. Vehicles found off pavement or on bike trails will be ticketed and/or towed.

TRANSFERS The Deadline for Exhibitors wishing to transfer their dogs is at the Superintendent's Table prior to 7:30 AM the morning of the show. JUDGE CHANGE - Under Chapter 7, Section 13 of the American Kennel Club rules, the following judge changes are being made. The owner of each dog affected has the right to withdraw his entry and have his entry fee refunded provided notification of his withdrawal is received by the Superintendent no later than one-half hour prior to the scheduled start of any regular conformation judging at the show. Ms. Carol Beyerle will judge Bluetick and Norwegian Elkhounds in place of Mr. Biermann. Mr. Darryl Vice will judge Biewer Terrier and Lancashire Heelers in place of Mr. Richards. TRANSFERS The Deadline for Exhibitors wishing to transfer their dogs is at the Superintendent's Table prior to 7:30 AM the morning of the show. JUDGE CHANGE - Under Chapter 7, Section 13 of the American Kennel Club rules, the following judge changes are being made. The owner of each dog affected has the right to withdraw his entry and have his entry fee refunded provided notification of his withdrawal is received by the Superintendent no later than one-half hour prior to the scheduled start of any regular conformation judging at the show. Mr. John Ramirez will judge Alaskan Malamutes, Bullmastiffs, Portuguese Water Dogs in place of Mr. Fojtik. Mr. John Ramirez will judge Toy Poodles in place of Mr. Vice. Kennel Club of Riverside (KCR) GENERAL COVID-19 PROTOCOLS FOR

AKC Events Lake Perris State Recreation Area (SRA)

December 4, 5 & 6, 2020

The following is an overview of the protocols that will be followed at all AKC Events taking place at Lake Perris SRA December 4-6, 2020, based on California state, Riverside county, CDC guidelines, and AKC Best Practices.

All information is subject to change at the discretion of the state, county, and KCR.

• Due to COVID-19 Guidelines and limits set for attendance, it is with regret we are unable to allow spectators at these events. Only Approved Attendees may enter the show grounds. Allowed attendees include event Judges, Exhibitors, KCR members, official photographers, KCR approved volunteers, vendors, handlers, handlers’ assistants, and owners of entered dogs.

• As an allowed Attendee, you must fill out and bring a completed waiver in order to enter the show grounds on the first day entering the park and show grounds. Minors participating in the event must have their own signature as well as signature of a parent or legal guardian on the Waiver.

• Allowed Attendees must also fill out and bring a completed Covid Self Declaration form on the first day entering the venue in order to gain access to the Events. Minors participating in the events must have their own signature as well as signature of a parent or legal guardian on the Covid Self Declaration form.

• Approved Attendees will have their temperature checked by KCR designees each day at one of the Welcome Centers (identified by signs and balloons) before entering the venue. You will receive a wristband each day to verify that your temperature has been checked at the Welcome Center near the event grounds.

• On the first day you enter the venue, you will receive a wristband after submitting your Waiver, Covid-19 Self-Declaration form, and temperature check. You must keep your wristband on at all times for the duration of your stay. If your wristband is lost or broken, please see a KCR member or Show Superintendent for a replacement.

• We look forward to the day when spectators will be allowed to attend, but if you are not an allowed attendee for this event, please do not attempt to visit the event grounds at Lake Perris SRA. • Everyone will be required to wear a mask at all times on event grounds, except when in your own set up area. Refer to the KCR Face Mask Policy or specific requirements.

• Everyone will be expected to follow social distancing guidelines. This means maintaining six feet of distance from others, not congregating ringside, following wayfinding signs, and remaining within your designated set-up area when not competing.

• Exhibiting will be “Show and Go” where possible. Ringside seating will not bepermitted.

COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver The World Health Organization has declared the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) a worldwide pandemic. Due to its capacity to transmit from person-to-person through respiratory droplets, the government has set recommendations, guidelines, and some prohibitions which Kennel Club of Riverside (The Organization) adheres to comply. In consideration of my participation in the foregoing, the undersigned acknowledge and agree to the following: I am aware of the existence of the risk on my physical appearance to the venue and my participation in the Kennel Club of Riverside may cause injury or illness such as, but not limited to Influenza, MRSA, or COVID-19 that may lead to paralysis or death. I have not experienced symptoms that of fever, fatigue, difficulty in breathing, or dry cough or exhibiting any other symptoms relating to COVID-19 or any communicable disease within the last 14 days. Following the pronouncements above I hereby declare the following: I am fully and personally responsible for my own safety and actions while and during my participation and I recognize that I may be in any case be at risk of contracting COVID-19. With full knowledge of the risks involved, I hereby release, waive, discharge The Organization, its board, officers, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 while participating in any activity while in, on, or around the premises or while using the facilities that may lead to unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19. By entering these Shows you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Kennel Club of Riverside from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, lawsuits, and/or liabilities or claims arising whether directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the released party due to injury, loss, or death from or related to COVID-19.

• Conformation Exhibitors: If you are not in the next upcoming classes, youshould not remain ringside. Please return to your grooming set-up or move away fromthe ring to await further competition or leave the grounds when your classes havebeen completed.

• Rally Exhibitors: Unless you are required to remain near the rings for judging,please return to your crating or set-up area following your time in the ring.

• Expect “limited contact enhancements” for social distancing purposes. This includescashless transactions and no social gatherings.

• KCR is putting extra effort into cleaning and sanitation of ring and common areas foradditional safety measures. Please bring cleaning supplies for your owngrooming/crating/set up area. We are asking you to do your part by cleaning up afteryour dogs at all times.

These protocols have been put in place to protect the health and safety of everyone at the Events and to ensure our ability to host you and your incredible dogs.

We are setting the safety and protocol bar high because we want dog shows and our Sport to continue, thrive ,and grow. It will take all of us to make this happen.

COVID-19 Self-Declaration

If you will be at Lake Perris State Recreation Area for any of the AKC events December 4-6, 2020, you

must complete the Self Declaration form prior to admittance and bring it with you to gain entry and obtain

your entry wrist band. The wrist band(s) you are given MUST be worn each day and shown upon entering

the show/event -grounds at the park.

This self-declaration and entry wrist band requirement applies to Judges, Stewards, Exhibitors, Handlers,

Handlers’ Assistants, KCR members, KCR volunteers, Vendors, Photographers, Show Superintendents,

members of participating Specialty Clubs, AKC Field Representatives, etc. There are no exclusions or

exceptions.

have I taken medication to reduce fever during that time.

Common symptoms include fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, sore throat, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea and/or loss of sense of smell or taste. These symptoms do not include those attributed to another health

WAIVER

If you will be at Lake Perris State Recreation Area for any of the AKC events December 4-6, 2020,

(“AKC”) (collectively, the “Grounds”) during the COVID-19 pandemic (or with respect to any related or similar infection, which together are herein referred to as “COVID-19”). I am entering into this Waiver knowingly and on my own behalf.

As a condition of my being allowed to enter the grounds, I will fully comply with: (i) any health and safety protocols and mitigation measures implemented by the Lake Perris SRA, KCR and/or AKC; and (ii) all state, county, and federal requirements, each of (i) - (ii) as amended from time to time (collectively, the “COVID-19 Protocols”). If I test positive for COVID-19 or am exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, I agree to notify the KCR promptly before reentering the Grounds.

I acknowledge that the risks involved with entering the Grounds and being in the presence of other people during the COVID-19 pandemic include, but are not limited to, contracting COVID-19, respiratory failure, death, and transmitting COVID-19 to family or household members and others who may also suffer these effects. I further understand that compliance with the COVID-19 Protocols will not eliminate these risks, even with social distancing and other safety measures in place at the Grounds. Notwithstanding the foregoing, I elect to voluntarily participate in entering the Grounds with full knowledge that doing so may be hazardous to my health and those with whom I may come into contact.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss or personal injury, including serious illness, injury or death, that may be sustained by me or by others who come into contact with me, as a result of my presence in the Grounds, whether caused by the negligence of the AKC, KCR, or Lake Perris SRA or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, forever discharge and covenant not to sue the AKC, KCR, Lake Perris SRA, and any of the event-giving clubs their respective affiliates and each of the foregoing’s respective administrators, members, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, contractors, medical services providers, judges, superintendents and agents, (the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, illness, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or by others who come into contact with me, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees, other entities or individuals, or otherwise as a result of, or related to, my decision to enter the Grounds.

I UNDERSTAND THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND AGREE THAT IT IS VALID FOREVER. It is my express intent that this Waiver binds; (i) the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and (ii) my heirs, assigns and personal representatives, if I am deceased. I understand that this Waiver does not apply to any claim that, as a matter of law, cannot be released by private agreement.

If any of the provisions, terms or clauses of this Waiver are declared illegal, unenforceable or ineffective in a legal forum, those provisions, terms and clauses shall be deemed severable, such that all other provisions, terms and clauses of this Waiver shall remain valid and binding upon both parties.

I agree that any controversy or claim between me and any of the Releasees arising out of or relating to this Waiver or my presence at the Grounds during the COVID-19 pandemic shall be resolved by confidential, final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”). All proceedings brought pursuant to this paragraph will proceed before a single arbitrator, who shall be an experienced arbitrator licensed to practice law in the State of California, take place in Riverside County, State of California, and be conducted in accordance with AAA’s applicable rules. The parties agree that (i) any and all issues relating to arbitration or this arbitration clause, including, without limitation, the threshold question of arbitrability or the enforcement or validity of this arbitration clause, will be delegated to the arbitrator selected pursuant to this provision, (ii) the arbitrator will have the power to award any remedies, including, attorneys’ fees and costs, availableunder applicable law, (iii) judgment upon the award that the arbitrator renders may be entered in anycourt having jurisdiction, and (iv) the arbitrator’s award may be vacated or modified only on the groundsspecified in the FAA or other applicable law.

I agree that all controversies and claims between me and any of the Releasees arising out of or relating to this Waiver or my presence at the Grounds during the COVID-19 pandemic must be pursued on an individual basis only. By signing this Waiver, I waive my right to commence, or be a party to any class actions or collective claims against the Releasees.

I agree that this Waiver shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any laws, rules or provisions that would cause the application of laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the State of California.

Face Mask Policy

Face masks are necessary to protect yourself and others to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, including the COVID-19 virus, according to government sources.

All attendees (ages 2 and up) are required to wear a face mask while on the event grounds. The face mask must be worn so that it covers your mouth and nose. Please bring your own face masks, and wear them at all times. The use of a face mask is not a substitute for physical distancing. You may remove the face mask while actively eating or drinking, but you must maintain appropriate physical distancing. No eating or drinking will be permitted ringside.

All face masks (whether disposable or reusable) must:

• Be made with at least two or more layers of washable (if not disposable), breathablefabric and not have valves or vents

• Be changed daily and disposed of properly, if using a disposable mask

• Fully cover the nose and mouth

• Fit snuggly against the sides of your face and not have gaps

• Be secured with ties or ear loops and allow the attendee to remain hands-free

• Be worn properly, even if using a face shield

The following are not permitted:

• Neck Gaiters

• Open chin triangular bandanas

• Face masks with valves, vents, mesh material or holes of any kind

To get the most benefit from a face mask:

• Make sure it completely covers your nose and mouth.

• Wash your hands before and after removing it. Handle only the loops or ties. Fold outsidecorners together.

• Try not to touch your face when you adjust it throughout the day.

• If using disposable face masks, do not reuse them, and throw them away in appropriatetrash receptacles.

• Don’t lay your face mask on any surface that may contaminate either the covering or thesurface.

• If you misplace or damage your face mask, please see a KCR member or volunteer for areplacement.

As important as they are, face masks are only one source of prevention. All attendees will be required to comply with all COVID-19 Attendee Protocols as stated in the COVID-19 Readiness and Preparedness Plan. This information is subject to change.

We want all attendees to feel safe and enjoy themselves. We are asking everyone to comply with this policy. Failure to comply may result in your being asked to leave the event grounds and/or may result in an AKC Event Committee hearing and disciplinary action.
