FBefore tearing the sheets, take off any hemmed edges.

FRip into strips that are approximately 3-4” wide.

FRemove all loose threads.

Step 1: Rip

FSew strips together by overlapping 1”.

FSew using zig-zag stitch. Make it strong and sturdy.

FFinished length should be 3-5 yards (10-15 ft.)—two, three or four strips sewn together is fine.

FRoll the bandages as tight and straight as you can using a pencil or rolling machine.

FFinished roll should be 2 ½–3” in diameter.

FSecure the roll with a safety pin, rubber band, hand stitching or a strip of cloth tied tightly.

Step 4: Secure

FFinished bandages should be packed in boxes and shipped to Brethren Service Center Annex in New Windsor, MD. Don’t forget to weigh the box and include a list of contents!
