Work History:

The land in which the Jessie Lake Property covers has seen very limited exploration. The land was frozen to exploration due to the Temagami Land Caution from 1973 to Autumn 1996 when the land came open to development and was subsequently staked by Gino Chitaroni, the report author, D.L "Locky" Goddard and associates and partners Kevin Filo and David Jones. Later in the 1997, the ground was sold to the Vancouver stock exchange listed, Redstar Resources Corporation of Vancouver, British Columbia which is still the current owner of the Jessie Lake Property.

Over the past 40 years, the Temagami region has seen several significant mining operations and exploration programs in the immediate area near the Jessie Lake Property. The past mine operations include: Temagami Copperfields Mine (copper-nickel precious metals), Teck Corporation; Sherman Mine (iron-ore), Dofasco, Kanichee Mine, (copper- nickel precious metals) Northern Platinum Ltd.; while significant ore resource/reserves exist at the Leckie Deposit (gold), Stroud Resources Ltd., and the Diadem Deposit (copper-nickel), Teck Corporation.

The Diadem Deposit, which is located adjacent to the Jessie Lake Property, contains 500,000 tons @ Q.50% Copper & Q.1% Nickel.

The Copperfields Mine (copper-nickel deposit) which is similar in nature to the Diadem Deposit is roughly located 15 kilometers southwest from the Jessie Lake Property.

The other significant exploration projects in the Temagami area are currently being conducted by: Falconbridge Ltd., Silver Century Explorations Inc., Wabana Explorations Inc., Bargold Resources Ltd., Curion Ventures Corp., Sedex Mining Corp. and Teck Corporation.

The best way to describe the work history of the Jessie Lake Property, is that of being underexplored.

Property:

The Jessie Lake Property contains 36 unpatented claims (for the most part) or 97 units and totals approximately 3,880 acres or 1552 hectares in size. (See Appendix A and "claim map" in back pocket of the report)

Geology:

Briefly, the Jessie Lake Property is mainly covered by archean aged granitoid rocks of the Iceland Lake Pluton, felsic-intermediate metavolcanic rocks and mafic-intermediate metavolcanic rocks with some felsic intrusive rocks (Quartz Porphyry) and mafic-ultramafic rocks (Diorite-Gabbro).

Future reports on the property will elaborate further in detail on the Geology.

1996-1998 Exploration Program:

1996 Program

In 1996, D.L. Goddard and associates conducted a preliminary exploration program on the Jessie Lake Property that included; prospecting, sampling, assaying, blasting, and hand-stripping. A total of 39 samples were collected for assay.

The program concentrated on covering the ONR tracks area, Pingue Lake area, Strathcona Road on claim # 1220048, 1214062, 1217615 and 1214064 in Strathcona Township.

The program was conducted sporadically over a one month period September 22, 24, 25; Oct 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 17, 1996. Please refer to the Sampling Map located in the back pocket of this report.

1998 Program

In 1998, Redstar Resources Corporation re-traced much of the Goddard work in its exploration program conducted from September 1 st 20th . The program actively explored the property on September 8, 9, 10, 16, 1998 covering claim # TRt 5591, 122048, 1214062 and 1217615 in Strathcona Township. This work was sub-contracted to Blackstone Development Inc. and conducted by Locky Goddard under the guidance of Gino Chitaroni for Redstar Resources Corp.. The work consisted of prospecting and sampling and then summarized in a report. The program collected 25 samples for assay purposes.

All samples, containing both of the chip and grab type: were tagged, bound by electrical tape, labelled and shipped to Swastika Laboratories, located in Swastika, Ontario near the Town of Kirkland Lake for assaying purposes. (See Appendix C for Assays and Sample Descriptions)

1996-1998 Prospecting Summary

Mineralization:

No massive sulphide mineralization was encountered thus far. However, no attempt was made to follow-up the extension of the Diadem Cu-Ni sulphide deposit (Teck Corporation) on the adjacent ground west of the northern portion of the Jessie Lake Property held by Redstar Resources Corporation.

There were several areas of interest encountered during this program for disseminated sulphide mineralization. Finely disseminated pyrite was the predominant sulphide mineral present in all of the rocks; averaging, in the samples taken for assay between J-5%; and can go as high as 2Q07o py. Minor amounts of chalcopyrite and possibly arsenopyrite were also evidenced.

There was no evidence of magnetic mineralization (eg magnetite, ilmenite or pyrrhotite) in any of the samples taken.

Structure/Alteration:

The rocks appeared to lean toward a felsic/acidic rock assemblage; possibly, the rock-types are of a dacite-rhyolite nature mixed in with some intermediate-basaltic rocks.

During this phase of prospecting, the alteration evidenced was kaolinite and carbonate, heavy bleaching/silicification, sericite and some minor chlorite; also found were minor grey "quartz-eye" features in some of the felsic rocks. Some quartz veining was found but not prominent; neither was there any significant sulphide mineralization with the quartz veining found to date.

Iron gossan is prominent, and can be best characterized as "fair to moderate" on average in these felsic suite of rocks.

Page 10: The Jessie Lake Property Strathcona Township, Temagami ... · Columbia which is still the current owner of the Jessie Lake Property. Over the past 40 years, the Temagami region has

6Shearing is common and strong in the felsic rocks located on the

property. Sulphide mineralization is present in these sheared rocks along with Iron gossan and kaolinite-carbonate alteration by-products. The overwhelming sulphide present is pyrite.

At this point in the exploration program no attempt was made to investigate the quartz porphyry rocks (possible felsic volcanic vents) located on the property.

Recommendations:

In the next phase of exploration, prospecting/bedrock sampling could continue concentrating on several areas or points of interest; which are as follows:

1) Quartz Porphyry felsic vents rocks (Refer to the Briggs-Strathcona Provincial Government Geology Map) should be investigated.

2) Teck Corporation's Diadem Copper-Nickel Deposit may extend eastward onto the Jessie Lake Property. It is recommended that that prospecting be targeted to find this possible Diadem Cu-Ni sulphide zone extension. It is further recommended that this phase of exploration also check for other metals eg. Cobalt, Gold, Silver amd Platinum Group Metals that may associated to this type mineralization (similar to Teck Corporation's Copperfields Mine "Temagami Copper Mine" that operated in the 1960's and into early 1970's several kilometers down strike of the Diadem Deposit in a southwesterly direction).

3) Continue to explore any previously discovered, exposed mineralization; especially, if past sampling proved up any significant economic metal assay numbers.

4) Explore any unexplored area on the property.

Page 11: The Jessie Lake Property Strathcona Township, Temagami ... · Columbia which is still the current owner of the Jessie Lake Property. Over the past 40 years, the Temagami region has

7Should the next phase of prospecting prove out to be encouraging; any

discovered mineralized shear zone could be power stripped, washed, sampled and geologically mapped.

It is also recommended that an exploration survey grid be put in place for control; followed up by several ground geophysical surveys, for example: magnetics (walkmag), and HLEM horizontal loop (Maxmin method) electromagnetics using several frequencies and possibly VLF EM as a back-up. Geological mapping could also be contemplated as an exploration tool at the same time.

From what I have seen and know of this property I believe the final electromagnetic method employed for definitive diamond drill target selection will be Induced Polarization (I.P.) electromagnetics. There appears to be strong evidence to support IP geophysical surveying based on the known disseminated sulphide (pyrite) mineralization already discovered on the property. I believe Maxmin and VLF electromanetic surveying along with manual prospecting will develop numerous target areas required for follow-up IP surveying.

After employing these recommended exploration methods I foresee no real problem in the program eventually generating several to numerous legitimate diamond drill targets.

In my opinion, "Gold" potential is the main priority of this exploration program. However, there is good evidence for the potential to discover a poly-metallic Copper-Nickel deposit on the Jessie Lake Property as well.

Respectfully submitted,

Gino Chitaroni, B.Se. Geology Blackstone Development Inc.
