62 cards because I threw in Kongxiangsi and one extra Four Mountains Fist at the last minute.

No character costs more than four power and only two cost that. Everything but those two can be brought back by “Is that all you got?” and there are a whopping 18 zero cost events. And yes, I had my mojo working :p

Basically the deck is designed around ridiculously cost efficient 3 for X characters that can be swiftly brought back by “Is that all you got?”. Add in tons of fighting boosts and lots of characters that either manipulate your deck or attack multiple times and it’s a speed deck. For longer games, it works on the principle that I need only 1 power to potentially take two sites in a turn.

Puzzle Garden Answers - JanuaryPuzzle 1: Draw, Lose or WinSolution:1) Play High Noon. Turn Celestials. Select Karate Cop as your target. Allow the Faceoff to Resolve. Karate Cop takes 2 damage (2 fighting left). Celestials goes into Shari’s Burned for Victory pile- she is now 1 site away from victory, and closer to victory than you. You now have 1 power.2) Turn Napalm Belcher and target Shari’s center column. Forty Story Inferno takes 2 damage (3 Body left). Ancient Temple takes 2 damage (3 Body left). Heroic Converts and Scrappy Kid die. Shari’s other characters (Brave Villagers, Hacker, Jane Q Public, and Smugglers) either die, or turn to change location in response. Assume they change location to the Cave Network, since you will be attacking there.3) Aracanowave Feedback, targeting the Karate Cop. Ka-rate Cop takes 2 damage and is smoked.4) Turn Shaolin Brother to attack Forty Story Inferno. No characters can legally intercept. Seize Forty Story Inferno. Gain 2 power. You now have 3 power.5) Play Violet Senshi Chamber anywhere in your site struc-ture. You now have 1 power. Play Personality Shard on Bulletproof Monk, granting it the abilities of Jessica Ng. You now have no power. Turn your Violet Senshi Chamber, granting Bulletproof Monk the powers of Karate Cop.6) Play King on the Water on Bulletproof Monk. Sacrifice and target Jessica Ng.

Puzzle Garden Answers - January

7) Turn Bulletproof Monk to attack Shari’s Cave Network. Bulletproof Monk has Toughness: 2 and does 6 damage. All characters that can intercept have 2 Fighting or less.8) Enter combat with the Cave Network. Inflict 6 combat damage on it, and 3 on the Ancient Temple. (Even if Bul-letproof Monk was intercepted, it was not attacking Ancient Temple). Seize both sites. You win.

Cyborg Mermaid

Holy crap they even have the same eyes! Taylor Swift has already crossed over from singing to acting with her bits on CSI and Valentine’s Day, so it shouldn’t be a leap to put a spear in hands and train her to fight alongside monkey pirates.

Major Hottie

The godhammer-toting operative has a big name to live up to and it’s up to Gwen Stefani to bring that name to life. Twenty years ago, though, it easily could have been Sandra Bernhard.

Silverback

Michael Clark Duncan is busy playing the Alabaster King, so the duties of playing the revolutionary gorilla fall to the real life great ape, Ozzie, of the Atlanta Zoo. He’s an old snarky male gorilla with a brown top, no other real qualifica-tions necessary.

Mad Scientist

He’s no stranger to the less than stable doctor role and he’s got crazy eyes like no one else. Alfred Molina gets to be the real deal by playing with electricity during a lightning storm.

Dr. Zaius

Fanboy favorite Billy Connolly of Boondock Saints fame has the same aging badassitude that makes Chris-topher Walken so awesome. Do him up like Maurice Evans and you’ve got the coolest discombobulator inventor ever.

Titanium Johnson

After his stint on the short-lived Bionic Woman, Isiah Washington has been look-ing for something to do and Titanium Johnson has been looking for the right man to turn him into the male version of Katie Kinkaid and Sting of the Scorpion. It’s surely a casting call for the ages.
