THE INFO CENTRE
• The Swaziland HIV and AIDS Information and Training Centre (Info Centre) was established in March 2007 by NERCHA
• Objective: To be a one-stop-shop for current and relevant HIV and AIDS information to targeted audiences in Swaziland, using multimedia information materials
• A result of stakeholder recognition of a need for a Resource Centre (2000 - 2005 National Strategic Plan)
• A first step towards HIV and AIDS Knowledge Management
• Open to the public: Monday - Friday
BACKGROUND WEBSITE
• The Info Centre Website was developed by K4Health and launched in March 2011
• Objective: To enhance and support the Info Centre’s functions by making HIV/AIDS information and resources available online
• NSF (2009-2014) promotes and encourages new interventions and technology for the prevention of HIV and AIDS
