The NTS-5000 is Rubidium holdover Stratum-1 NTP time server and PTP IEEE15888 grandmaster. The NTS-5000 LITE includes OCXO only.Both can appoint ePRTC*, PRTC*, PRC* clock class standards. NTS-5000 can optionally support SyncE*. Device has been designed to ensure cybersecurity and it is dedicated for synchronization of critical infrastructures: Financials markets, Smart grid and Telecom.

The GNSS is a std. primary ref. source of UTC. Max. of 2x independent NTS-antenna devices can support single NTS-5000 server. This ensure hardware redundancy and robust synchronization by reducing risk of efficiency of jamming and spoofing attacks.

The factory defaults minimum server configuration includes: LAN1-LAN2 (RJ45 100Base-T), ANT-1/ANT-2 (RJ45 rs485 w/ PPS)PPS-out (BNC 50 Ohm), PPS-in (BNC 50 Ohm), IRIG-out AM (BNC 50 Ohm), IRIG-in (BNC 50 Ohm), 10MHz-out (BNC 50 Ohm),2x USB 2.0 (Type-A 5V), 2x rs232 (D-SUB9m), 1x rs232 (D-SUB9f), 1x POWER (C14 w/ rocker; 110-230 VAC & 120-370 VDC ), Holdover: OCXO (NTS-5000 & NTS-5000LITE), Rubidium* (NTS-5000 only). The high accuracy synchronization and hardware timestamping arrives with optional new Expander 1-5 interfaces. The maximum configuration can include extra 8x GE (RJ45, SFP) interfaces, IRIG-B DCLS (rs422, TTL, Fiber Optic ST), Relay ALARM and 2048MHz.

Synchronization performance and cyber-security are ensured by new concept of autonomous operating Network Cards (NIC). They base on IEEE1588 embedded 2x2cm module supporting private IP-stack to each NIC inside Expanders #1-4. The high accuracyhardware timestamps are supported from FPGA. The chip is controlled by real-time operating system. Expanders 1-4 are 100% infor-mation isolated from each other (no internal TCP/IP connectivity). Server NTS-5000 is distributing analogue signals 1PPS/10Mhz, ToDto each of 1-4 NIC individually. Thanks to this technology networks can not interfere each other ensuring robust synchronization. Single NIC, OCXO or Rubidium failure does not give impact to other network interface cards since they all operate fully autonomously.
