Do You Want to Build a Snowman?Come on, let’s go and play. I never see you anymore.

Come out the door. It’s like you’ve gone away. Weused to be best buddies. And now we’re not. I wish youwould tell me why...

The very first family home movie ever taken was of me- at age five - and my father building a snowman. We ac-tually built a whole family. There was the Mama and Papaand the child. Mother even joined the fun by finding asweater, a scarf and gloves.

These lyrics from above come from the ever popularmovie, “Frozen.” My grandchildren know it by heart. I lis-tened to “Let it Go”enough I should even know thelyrics. It was even included in the school Christmas pro-gram. You’d have to live under a rock somewhere if youhaven’t heard these songs at least once in the past sixmonths. What an appropriate story for Winter time.

It has created a theme for several events across thestate. You may even be able to go ice-skating with Olaf.See the very first listing on our Calendar of Events onpage 15.

How about a tobaggan race down the hill at PokagonState Park? See page 11. This whole issue is is centeredaround fun winter places to go, things to do and peopleto see. It even includes a variety of concerts for thosewho prefer the warmth of indoors. So enjoy and untilnext month...
