WORKING HYPOTHESIS
1. Construction companies of Navarra have a misunderstanding of the figure of the trainer as mentor on a framework of modules FCT (Training at Work) included in the curricula of Specific Vocational qualifications of the professional family "Building and Civil Works "
2. Training programs for company module Specific Vocational FCT, expected to be reduced to information activities
3. Company Mentors FCT modules Specific Vocational Training for Building and Civil Works, present needs training to an adequate performance of their role as such

1) In-company trainers of allied professionals families (lack of direct informants) 2) Occupational Trainers 3) Responsible for training of construction company
Specifically, the sample is composed of (see graph):5 trainers : three of these occupational field trainers (60% of the sample) and two business mentors (40%) of related professional families of Building and Civil Works (Wood and furniture and maintenance and production services) 8 Responsible for training of construction company

50% of those polled said ignore the figure of the in-company trainer as tutor
75% of companies surveyed have made no practical programs
