As part of the Let’s Celebrate Festival in November 2018, the City of Belmont will be holding

a number of performances at the Imaginarium within the Wilson Park Precinct in Rivervale.

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from a variety of acts to perform during the

week of 17th to 25th November.

Please answer all questions in this application and attach a copy of your Public Liability

Insurance and a video or link to video of previous performances. If there are any questions in

regard to this application, please contact the events team on events@belmont.wa.gov.au for

further information.
