The Plan

Phase I: Management (1/7/2002)

– Establish core management team and general organizational framework; convey direction and expectations.

Phase II: Alignment (Today)

– Organize work of existing divisions and staff within new framework.

Phase III: Systems (Spring)

– Incorporate findings of Hewitt and Deloitte & Touche studies to improve processes and fine-tune organizational structures.
