Lloyd Iden, Senior Vice President and senior partner of the Iden Group at Morgan Stanley, focuses on helping clients navigate their financial life by developing and implementing long- term financial plans. With 20 years of experience as a financial coach and Certified Financial PlannerTM, Lloyd and his team, provides individual solutions that help clients save for retirement, college, major purchases, manage debt, pass on wealth to future generations, and insurance coverage.

Lloyd received a degree in business administration from Eckerd College in 1992 and began his career as a wealth advisor in 1994. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1997 and spent time as the assistant branch manager in the Bethesda, Maryland office and also as branch manager in the Germantown, Maryland office. As of November 30, 2015, the Iden Group has more than $175 million in assets under management, serving individual, business, and nonprofit clients across the county.Lloyd grew up in Bethesda and now lives in Darnestown, Maryland, with his wife and two dogs. When Lloyd is not working he enjoys fly fishing, skiing, golfing and backpacking.

NICOLE IDENFinancial [email protected] Nicole Iden, Financial Advisor, focuses on managing client relationships, updating financial plans, coordinating financial reviews, and organizing client education and appreciation events. She strives to make the financial planning process friendlier and ensuring follow- through for their clients.

Nicole has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, having started her operations career at Morgan Stanley in 2004. She also spent three years as a registered client service associate with a large team at the firm before making the transition into management, spending five years as a compliance officer.In 2014, Nicole joined her husband, Lloyd, at the Iden Group at Morgan Stanley, creating a team devoted to helping clients develop comprehensive financial plans; providing clients with educational

events focused on changes in estate, tax, and health care laws as well as on market updates.Nicole studied exercise science at American Public University. She is passionate about exercise and participates in fitness competitions. She also enjoys skiing, backpacking, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two dogs. Nicole volunteers as a coach for Girls On The Run in Montgomery County and participates in other activities that help educate children and young adults about nutrition and fitness.

RENATA HERNANDEZPortfolio [email protected] Renata Hernandez manages the day-to-day operational and administration of The Iden Group. She proactively works with clients to ensure they are taking advantage of all the benefits Morgan Stanley has to offer.

In 2001, Renata began her career in finance at Putnam Investments where she specialized in the administration of employer retirement plans. After returning to her hometown of Silver Spring, Maryland in 2004, she worked as a sales assistant at Banc of America Investment Services and UBS, and finally arrived at Morgan Stanley in 2008. Renata joined The Iden Group in 2014 to help create a team devoted to

exceptional customer service. Renata obtained a bachelor’s degree in business management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. She has her Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. Renata and her husband, Jorge, have two daughters. She enjoys scrapbooking, photography, and spending time with her family and friends.
