If you don’t have A/B testing capabilities, run a variation for a

week against a control. Interview people, even coworkers. Run surveys.• Empathize with your users, customers, and each other. Empathy is contagious.• Learn from your mistakes, and celebrate that.• Keep improving.• Be excellent to each other.
