QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Accounting; OR,

Social Work, Counseling, Human Services or related field is required. At least two (2) years of experience working with and linking

individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities (IDD) to mental health and/or behavioral health supports is required. Must

be a fully licensed health related professional - Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) preferred, Licensed Practitioner of the

Healing Arts (LPHA), Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Professional

Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Demonstrate knowledge of human behavior, social learning

theory and behavior management treatment. Knowledge of crisis intervention and psycho-diagnostic assessment required. Expert

knowledge of techniques needed to successfully complete an effective functional behavioral analysis required. Practical experience in
