BESPOKE BTMCourse Title : Bespoke Bridge Team Management (BTM)
Duration 5 Days
Assessment 100% Attendance
Initially developed in conjunction with several leading shipping companies procedures and ‘best practice’ toassist in the introduction of new bridge procedures and manning levels. It includes a mixture of time spent in our new Full Mission Simulator and human elements-focused lectures. The course is designed to meet an individual company’s requirements for their bridge teams, but tailored to your operating area and ship model (port development may be required).
Bespoke Bridge Team Management Course Topics Every company has different areas they would like to focus on, whether it is Man Overboard training, Manning Level transitions or basic teamwork – some guidelines from you as to what specific elements you would like emphasised would be very helpful. If you have more than one bridge crew member requiring the course, we can tailor each course to suit any particular areas you may wish that team to work on.
Assessment The team is normally assessed from arrival until the end of the simulator training. We provide feedback on progress from an early stage, including pointers on what areas they may wish to work on, and each team has a final numerical assessment that can be provided to you along with a short summary of performance.
