Correlation between job sustainability and employment rate

This graph shows a strong linear trend between the employment rate and job sustainability: the percentages of ‘NO’ answers on the question “do you think you will be able to do the same job you are doing now when you are 60 years old?”
The employment rate in the Netherlands for the age group 50-59 belongs to the highest in Europe . Nearly 90% of the Dutch workers expect to be able to do the same work at the age of 60 years. This is remarkable high level.
