A La Carte Services PRE-WEDDING All  services  include  false  lashes  and  airbrush  application.  

The Bridal Trial $100 This  is  your  wedding  day  makeup  “trial  run”.  Prior  to  this  session,  you  will  have  filled  out  a  Beauty  Profile  online  and  we  will  have  discussed  via  email  or  phone  your  preferences,  goals  and  sample  looks  to  try.  This  is  a  time  to  be  brutally  honest  about  your  likes  and  dislikes  as  we  narrow  down  the  best  products,  colors,  and  style  for  your  wedding  day  so  that  the  process  is  efficient  and  stress-­‐free.  I  recommend  you  email  or  bring  reference  images  to  your  trial  session.  

Pre-Wedding Events $100  per  event There  will  be  quite  a  few  events  leading  up  to  your  wedding  day  that  you  will  want  to  look  your  best  for!  From  your  engagement  photo  shoot  and  bridal  shower  to  your  bachelorette  party  and  rehearsal  dinner,  you  will  have  one  less  thing  to  worry  about  and  will  stand  out  as  the  glowing  bride  to  be.  These  could  also  be  other  opportunities  to  try  other  bridal  looks  you  might  still  be  considering  for  your  wedding  day!    

Wedding Day All  services  include  false  lashes  and  airbrush  application.

Bridal Beauty Packages Blushing Bride $450 This  is  all  about  the  bride!  Have  your  basics  covered  from  engagement  to  wedding!

Champagne Pop $1,020 This  package  is  great  for  basic  bridal  and  bridal  party  needs!

Happily Ever After $1,440   The  ultimate  package  for  you  &  your  crew  from  start  to  finish!

• Deposit  • Assistant  fee  • Bridal  Makeup  Trial  • Bridal  Makeup  Wedding  • Makeup  application  for  three  of  the  following:    

Engagement  photos,  Bridal  Shower,  Bachelorette  party,  Rehearsal  dinner  • Bridal  party  makeup  for  up  to  5    • Makeup  for  two  of  the  following:    

Mother  of  the  Bride,  Mother  of  the  Groom,  GM  of  the  Bride,  GM  of  the  Groom  • Up  to  4  hours  on  set  touch  ups  for  pre-­‐ceremony  photos  • Second  look  for  bride  between  ceremony  and  reception  (20-­‐30  minutes  needed)  • Additional  makeup  services  at  a  discounted  rate  of  $75  per  service.    

Policies and Procedure

Travel I  include  up  to  two  hours  of  round  trip  travel  (from  Sacramento,  95821)  for  any  services  or  packages  booked.  Any  further  travel  will  be  an  additional  $40  per  hour.  Estimated  parking,  valet  and  toll  fees  will  be  included  in  your  total  balance.    

Assistant    Required  for  parties  greater  than  6.  An  additional  $100  will  be  added  to  your  total  balance.  

Hourly Rate    Any  additional  time  needed  on  location  will  be  quoted  at  a  rate  of  $75/hour.  This  must  be  scheduled  ahead  of  time,  otherwise  availability  is  not  guaranteed.    

Booking

1. Send  an  email  to  nicki@nickic.com  indicating  which  services  and/or  package  you  would  like.    

2. Fill  out  your  beautiful  profile  at  http://nickic.com/classes/beauty-­‐profile/      3. An  electronic  contract  will  be  sent  which  you  will  fill  out  and  submit  online.    4. Your  invoice  will  be  sent  to  you  and  your  retainer  will  be  due  to  secure  your  date.    

 A  non-­‐refundable  retainer  of  $150  is  required  if  purchasing  a  la  carte  services  and  $250  is  required  for  any  beauty  packages.  Retainers  are  applied  to  your  total  balance.  Your  wedding  date  will  not  be  secured  until  both  the  retainer  fee  and  contracts  are  complete  and  received.  Your  final  balance  will  be  due  on  your  wedding  day.  Additionally,  you  have  the  option  of  setting  up  a  payment  plan.  

Changes/Cancellations  For  A  La  Carte  packages,  you  are  welcome  to  add  or  remove  any  services  up  to  2  weeks  out  from  your  wedding.  For  Bridal  Packages,  you  may  ONLY  add  on  services  up  to  2  weeks  out  from  your  wedding  day.  Cancellations  less  than  7  days  out  are  still  responsible  for  full  payment  of  services.
