St. Patrick’s Day Humor An Irishman walks into a pub and orders dozens of martinis, removing the olives, placing them in a jar, and drinking the
martinis. When the jar is filled with olives and all the martinis drank, he starts to leave…
The bartender stops him and asks, "Excuse me but, what was that all about?"
The Irishman replies, "My wife sent me out for a jar of olives."

Great American Wine Co Red Blend
Juicy and satisfying, our 2012 Red Blend offers bold flavors with friendly, laidback demeanor. The blend is dominated Zinfandel, the
classic American grape, and expertise of Rosenblum Cellars
history of winemaking. Red fruits lead the nose with dark cherries, black raspberries and vanilla pie
crust. The palate is rich and velvety with balanced tannins and
a lasting fruit imprint on the finish. A perfect companion to
barbecue, pair this medium-bodied blend with grilled steaks
or ribs
If You See Kay
IF YOU SEE KAY IN ITALY You will know in no uncertain terms that you are drinking a
massive red from an ancient land - Lazio - largely Cabernet-based, a
touch of Petite Verdot and Primitivo. You’ll see her cruising
through the Lazio region, just South of Rome. The climate is
almost identical to kay’s home in the Napa Valley, warm summer
days and cool nights.
Kay smells amazing; she’s soft, creamy, juicy, rich, and powerful all at the same time. A dark and
brooding wine, hints of imminent danger, ripe with confidence and
purpose, on a mission. She’s more than a mouthful, but never wasteful – like handfuls of juicy ripe blackberries dripping from
your hands, so perfectly ripe that you have to go back again and
again for another taste.
Once Upon A Vine Pinot Noir
This is a well-balanced, flavorful concoction at an excellent price. Cherry in color, its nose shows a
sumptuous blend of chocolate cake, plums, cherries, and vanilla; the palate rings clear with anise,
toast, cherries, molasses, and dried strawberries, all in an off-
sweet package. The finish is perfect. It's very light bodied, so
please enjoy with a grilled chicken salad.
This is an excellent wine, both in price and contents. Many wines
costing twice as much don't come close to this in quality and flavor.
You may easily find yourself buying multiple bottles, as it's a very easy, lip-smacking drink. Open a bottle and bring some
fairytale whimsy into your night.

Irish Bownie Bombs
Irish Brownie Bombs
Yields one 9×13 pan
Preparation: Line pan with foil so there is at least a one-inch overhang on all sides. Coat foil with cooking spray. Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
Instructions:
1. Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt into a large bowl; set aside. Add butter and granulated sugar in a bowl and cream until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, beat until combined. Reduce speed to low; add half of flour mixture, beat to combine. Add ¼ Guinness, fold to combine.
2. At this point, turn off mixer and use a wooden spoon or a sturdy spatula to finish mixing batter. Add remaining flour mixture, fold to combine. Add remaining Guinness and beat to combine.
3. Measure out 1 cup of dough and fold in Jameson whiskey; cover and refrigerate. Pour remaining batter into prepared dish. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Bake until base is set and edges are puffed, about 25 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
Cheesecake Layer
1. Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
Assembly
1. Pour mixture over cooled base. Place divided dough in a pastry bag and pipe three clovers ½ inch apart. Bake until filling is set, about 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool in dish on wire rack, then lift out using overhang. Cut into 24 squares. Squares will keep, covered and refrigerated, for up to 3 days.
Brownie Ingredients:
· 2 cups all-purpose flour
· 3/4 cup unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder
· 1 teaspoon baking soda
· 1/2 teaspoon salt
· 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
· 2 cups granulated sugar
· 2 large eggs
· 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
· ½ cup plus 2 tablespooons of Guinness Extra Stout
· 4 tablespoons Jameson Whiskey
Cheesecake Layer:
· 1 large egg
· 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
· 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
· 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
· ¼ cup Bailey’s
You’ve had your Guinness in a cold mug, your whiskey straight up and your Bailey’s in a mixed drink, and of course maybe all in one for an Irish Car Bomb. But this St. Patrick’s day, let’s try it in a dessert.

General Manager
Dear Macadoodles, I just wanted to thank you for your email and commend you on your awesome staff. I usually don't write letters like this but I was so impressed with your professional and friendly staff. I stopped by this past Saturday afternoon. I was immediately greeted at the door and my two year old was given a sucker (great distraction!) A younger guy (Tyler maybe) answered all of my cigar questions and helped me pick the best for my husband's upcoming birthday. The gentleman at the door chatted with my daughter and I as we left. He even gave us a shot glass and koozie for my husband. I can not describe to you how pleasant my first time in Macadoodles was! Being 8 months pregnant with a 2 1/2 year old on my hip at her nap time, I was not looking forward to stopping at a liquor/spirits store. It could not have been easier!! Please extend my thanks to your staff! I'm telling everyone of my awesome experience and will be bringing my husband back shortly!
Thank you!
