•Applications are lodged at Corporate Office/Head Office

• The AEL Officer will verify the Application and request Electronic copy (and indicate amount payable, where)

• The AEL Officer will acknowledge the Application within 5 days in writing to the responsible companyy g p p y

•The AEL Officer will submit the Application to the Relevant area/CCA for inspections within 7 daysRelevant area/CCA for inspections within 7 days

•The Air Quality Specialist will confirm receipt of application telephonically to AEL Officer within 2 daysapplication telephonically to AEL Officer within 2 days
