The Group of companies ”ND” presents the hardware/software complex for monitoring of parameters, affecting company`s profits.

The “ND-OFFICE” complex is a tool for the control of processes, affecting DELTA*.

The formula of Company profit and component structure profit are on the scheme on the next slide.

The formula consists of variables:• Fuel cost ($1);• Process overhead;• Process depreciation;• Network revenue ($3);• Income for fuel (money) on the petrol station ($2);• Deviation amount between the estimated and actual data (DELTA or «∆»).

Depending on the sum resulted by formula calculation – we get profit or negative income (positive or negative DELTA).

Within the whole route of transportation and sale of fuel arise difference between the estimated and actual values of the indicators - DELTA (Δ).

On the level of the Regional and the Head offices, oil depots – saving of current information on all the fuel stations every 30 minutes

(the period is configured, the main parameters are saved: realization, balances on goods and fuel, etc.);

At the level of petrol station - saving of current information every 5 minutes

(the period is configured, are stored data about the tanks full, about the transactions from cash machines, also it is possible to get any stored information remotely on request)

Reporting and functions of data uploading/downloading are the standard set in the proposed solution:

• Standard reporting, created and supported by Fast Report, in format MS Excel and other common standards;

• Standard and customizable data views in (of) the database (connecting with 1С, other accounting systems);

• Uploading data through *.xml, *.txt

The difference between the indications of "paper" calibration data table with the real one may deviate no more than ± 250 liters across the height of the tank.

The system determines irregularities and makes corrections to the calibration table.

The correct data table can be used for recording into the level-meters.

The corrections are used in the next data analysis.

The system uses “its own” corrected data table for further calculations and analysis.

The comparison diagrams of “given" and "actual" indications, and subsequently the factor analysis of them, allow to disclose facts of unauthorized removal of fuel from the tank.

Example: in the short time and in the absence of fuel supply by management system, the difference between the “given" and "actual" data residues has been changed.

data appeared due the temperature change

The comparison diagram of the "given" and the "actual" data indications will allow to compare, for example, the difference before and after draining the fuel tanker, what has happened in the tank after a few hours - when the fuel gradually changed its temperature.

Automated analysis with the corrected calibration table shows, if fuel parameters have been changed only by changing temperature, or by any manipulation with fuel.

The system allows to determine the surplus or shortage of fuel due the changes of temperature while transportation or changes in mass of fuel while transportation.

control of surplus accumulation speed.

Normally, the error of doze delivery of fuel by dispensers is set within - 0,2 ... -0.5%.The system can monitor the delivery doze from fuel dispenser for a long period of time.

So, system makes it possible to control the accumulation rate of surplus obtained by adjusting of dosing parameters of fuel dispenser.

The human and natural environment factor effect on business processes causesto use new solutions to find such an effect and its subsequent analysis anddevelopment. How to find out the effect of such factors among proposed hundreds or thousands of analytical diagrams?

There’s a practice of using of the "Factor Analysis“ subsystem, which identifies:

1. Lack of fuel sales at gas stations by fuel types and by the fuel-dispensing valve;2. Long “shifts changes“ (rotation) on petrol station;3. No connection with a level gauge;4. Atypical change of the average density;5. Atypical temperature changes;6. Changes in the level of water in the tank;7. The permissible level of water in the tank;8. Changing of the actual balance between rotations;9. Abnormal growth rate difference of fuel actual/given data;10. Deviations above normal growth difference of actual/given data;11. The average annual percentage of global internal capitalization in fuelcompanies which previously implemented the "ND-OFFICE“ Complex, is 0.53%.

During seasons, in various months "natural" percentage rate changes. In autumn and winter period (when it's getting colder) percentage can rise up to a value of 1.2%, in the winter-spring period (when it's getting warmer) percentage can be lowered to a value of at least 0.2%.

The percentage of capitalization depends on the calibration parameters of dispenser volume meters.

The «ND-OFFICE» covers all aspects of sales management of goods and fuel products - from shift reports collection from the gas station, to accounting sale of related products and services, operations, non-cash forms of payment, fuel inventory, control, procurement and payments to contractors, analysis of financial transactions, etc.

The «ND-OFFICE» keeps records in shops of petrol stations, execution and accounting of shipment, receipt, return, inventory write-off goods and other movements and changes the status of goods, accounting retail sales.
