I am so excited about our next Heart for the World which will be Monday, June 2 – Monday, June 9. We will have three new Ministry Guests: Pastor Jim Raley – Calvary Christian Center: Ormond Beach, Florida Bishop Liston Page – The Highway Church: Paterson, New Jersey Pastor Shane Warren – First Assembly of God: West Monroe, Louisiana And Daystar will make history by going live from the Golan Heights in Israel with Division 188 of the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) for “Israel Night” on Wednesday night. In fact, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu asked Daystar to do a special on the Golan Heights. Hopefully you got to see it a couple of weeks ago. (If not, go to Daystar.com and watch it on VOD.) We will be showing parts of it on that Wednesday night. Daystar also made history last month when we became the first Christian TV Network to broadcast from Statuary Hall in Washington, D.C. for the Washington – A Man of Prayer event. This was approved by Speaker of the House, John Boehner. (If you missed it, you can watch it on VOD at Daystar.com.) Also last month, we broadcast live my preaching at Pastor Steve Munsey’s Church in the greater Chicago area. And did you enjoy Daystar showing the Gateway Women’s Conference called Pink Impact? Dr. Ron Phillips is a new Programmer on Daystar on Sundays at 1:00 pm ET. He is a Spirit filled Pastor of the Southern Baptist Church in Chattanooga, TN. And Dave Roever is a new Programmer on Daystar on Fridays at 1:30 pm ET. He is a decorated War Hero. Your Daystar gave $100,000.00 to the tornado victims in Arkansas last month. Because of your continual giving towards Daystar projects and missions, the lives of people all around

the world are being impacted daily. In particular, you have been transforming the lives of people in both Uganda and Moldova through your generosity. Through the Irene Gleeson Foundation in Uganda, your donations, which have now exceeded $600,000, have helped to construct a much needed women’s hospital in the northern region of Uganda. The hospital, which will be completed later this year, has been designed to combat the rising number of childbirth related deaths that occur in that area due to the lack of proper medical facilities. In Moldova, your donations towards Stella’s Voice, a ministry dedicated to ending human trafficking in that region of the world, are being used to construct two new

homes for 60 at-risk teens, all of whom have aged out of the country’s orphanage system. Without your help, these teens would be turned out of the orphanages and on to the street at the age of 16, instantly becoming prime targets for abduction by sex traffickers. From the jungles of Uganda to the streets of Moldova, your donations are truly making a difference in the lives of people all around the world. Thank you, partners, for your generous hearts!

The destinies of the church and our nation lie critically at the cross roads of choice and opportunity. By the decisions we make personally and in the community of faith over the next few years, we will be responsible for the history of the church during our remaining days upon this earth, or until Christ returns (Jos. 24:15). When he returns, will each of us have a Heart for the World, a heart of faith, yearning to share his love with the nations? We believe there is a need for a move of God in our nation and churches during these

volatile times. This calls for a deeper intimacy with the Lord, moral and spiritual awakenings that provoke self-examination to see if we are holding to our faith (II Cor. 13:5). We are called to embark on a journey of Spirit-deepening, life-creating power which happens when we commit our souls, yielded and broken for His service (Psa. 51:17).

As the tide of unrest sweeps across our nation, and the world, there is an increasing awareness that spiritual change is required. A life of “trusting God” is like a ship above a deep ocean current unseen below the surface. It flows

through all of life’s experiences motivating us to seek fulfillment in Him and stay connected, while steadily carrying us towards a deeper relationship with God (Prov. 3:5). Having a Heart for the World requires that we have…‘More of the Risen One.’ A divine response to that need would be a latter-day revival, a Heart for the World love that carries with it -- the finger print of God changing the history of our nation, and we ourselves (Jn. 17:22).
