What is the role of the math task in the story of your classroom? What are its characteristics? How does it interact with the world? How can we begin to think about the storyline of the learner experience so that the math task is the hero, not the villain? We know how math tasks can work to support the learner's experience, but situating math tasks in your classroom is no easy task. In fact, implementing them can certainly be a Great and Complicated Adventure! Join the conversation around what math tasks are, what they are good for, and how they fit in your class.
