I am pleased to present our staff values. These values represent the attitudes and behaviours that must be shared and consistently adopted by everyone in school, to ensure that The Grange School continues to be a happy and successful place to be.

We have involved a wide cross section of our pupils, staff and parents in creating these values.

Now it is up to us to adopt them and model them to our pupils’ at all times.

These are not new attitudes but they do provide a focus on the areas which are important

to us and our school, and help to ensure that our time at The Grange School is happy,

satisfying and rewarding.

I know every one of you will recognise the benefits which will result through these values and

I would ask you all to join me in being passionate in your desire to make The Grange School

an outstanding place to be for everyone.
