What inspired our wine menu?

Not a simply decision with a huge wine selection to choose from, we had to simply go with our instincts and matching wine with food, a culinary decision made by many to serve something exquiste on a plate and something exquisite in a glass to complement it.

Food and wine are natural partners, there are however, some foods which are hostile to wine.

This does not mean that there are no wines to match these tricky foods, its just a matter of taking special care when selecting wine to accompany them.

Wine has been enjoyed by man, and has been part of the human culture, since the begining of time. It has played a significant role in the development of human civilization, the responsible use of wine also enhances social enjoyment.

At the end of the day its all about the taste, we want to inspire guests to open their eyes to the culinary expressions of the industry, whether be a chefs choice or our connoisseurs.
