The Gospel Message: The OT PatternOT Verse Description NT Verse Description

Genesis 1:1-2 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth, the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters. Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.

John 1

Col 1:15-16

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. In Him was life, and the life was the Light of men.

15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. 16 For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible
