Development of a forum page to connect young professionals and senior managers, where they can share their experiences and knowledgeThis forum page can be built through a new software or by improving the SharePoint platformPURPOSE

In this forum, each participant will have a specific function: The senior managers will be godfathers, while the young professionals will be their godsons

PHASE 1Registration of Participant ProfileSpecifying their interests, courses, projects theyve worked on and knowledge

PHASE 2Crossing dataThe platform itself crosses the information as a social network (as the tool people you may know on Facebook), suggests combinations between godfathers and godsons and pairs them up

PHASE 3Action!In a common forum, godfathers and godsons interact with each other to exchanging knowledge and experiences, including presentations, graphics, links and any document in certain area or project (such as mining, environment and water projects) adding this acquired knowledge to their daily activities

ExampleA young professional has experience in a new managing software, and a senior manager has huge knowledge in a specific areaIn the forum page they can clarify doubts, ask and answer each others questions, share documents

ComplementsTo illustrate and bring life to this platform, every week there should be comics about the characteristics of these different generations

ComplementsThis platform should have an Instant Messenger (as Microsoft Lync, MSN Messenger or Facetime) so they can clarify doubts simultaneously

Measure & AwardEvery six months the pairs must show for the entire group how this acquired knowledge was applied to their projects, how important it is to interact with other people - older and younger - and which were the results obtained in the developed projectThe pair that presents the best results will win an award by outstanding performance
