1. Begin by cutting out the shapes on page 1. These pieces will make one side of the Gherkin. Cut along the thick black lines. Some of these lines go into the model, so be careful as you cut them.

2. Fold all dotted lines into a hill fold (folded down).

3. Use glue to stick tab 5 to the adjacent side panel to form the roof of the Gherkin.

4. Use glue to stick tab 10 to the adjacent side panel.

5. Cut out the shape on page 2. The will form the other side of the Gherkin.

6. Fold all of the dotted lines into a hill fold.

7. Apply glue to tab 2 and tab 3 and stick them to the middle panel.

8. Place the two sides of the Gherkin next to each other so that tab 4 is above tab 9.

9. Apply glue to tab 4 and 9 simultaneously. Stick these tabs to the underside of the opposite panel. Both parts of the Gherkin should now be joined together.

10. Apply glue to tab 1 and tab 8 simultaneously. Stick these tabs to the underside of the opposite panel so that the sides of the Gherkin are complete.

11. Apply glue to tabs 6 and 7 simultaneously and carefully stick them inside the top of the Gherkin.

Your Gherkin model is now complete!
