Valentine’s Day Treat

Chocolate Cherry Ice Cream Pie: Yield: 12-14 slices

INGREDIENTS Crust: * 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs * 1/4 cup butter melted

Ice Cream: * 8 oz cream cheese, softened * 1/2 cup sugar * 1/8 cup milk * 2 tsp maraschino jerry juice * 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries * 8 oz whipped cream * 3/4 cup Nestle Toll House DelightFulls, Dark Chocolate Cherry Flavor

Topping: * Whipped cream * Chocolate sauce * DelightFulls cut in half

Instructions: 1. Add melted butter to cookie crumbs and mix until combined; 2. Press cookie mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie pan, then set aside; 3. Combine cream cheese, sugar, milk and maraschino cherry juice together and mix until com-

pletely combined; 4. Fold in the whipped cream, copped cherries and Delightfulls; 5. Spread ice cream filling evenly into crust and freeze for several hours, until firm 6. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and additional Delightfulls

INGREDIENTS: * 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil * 1 lb medium shrimp (peeled and deveined) * 3 cloves garlic, minced * Freshly ground black pepper * Kosher Salt * 1 oz (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened * 1/4 cup mayonnaise * 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella * 1/4 cup grated parmesan * Juice and zest of 1 lemon * 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley (more for garnish) * Pita chips (for serving) DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 350; 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil; 3. Add shrimp and garlic (season with salt and pepper); 4. Cook until shrimp is pink and no longer opaque, 3-4 minutes; 5. Let shrimp cool slightly, then coarsely chop; 6. Transfer dip to a small baking dish and bake, until golden and bubbly, 25 minutes; 7. Garnish with parsley and serve with pita chips.
