Spring is finally here and it’s time to bring out the golf clubs!

We are pleased to advise this year’s Gary Dorman Memorial Charity Golf Tournament will be taking place on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at the Northview Golf and Country Club in Surrey, BC, and we expect that it will be bigger and better than ever.

This fund-raising tournament, organized by your peers, has become British Columbia’s premier golf event for the insurance industry.

Our tournament committee is dedicated to creating a world class experience, while importantly raising money for charitable organizations in British Columbia and, as in the past, all profits will go directly to support such organizations.

Attached is your invitation along with a list of sponsorship opportunities. We encourage you and your colleagues to register early as this event always sells out quickly.

Gary Dorman Memorial Charity Golf Tournament.

The tournament is held in honour of Gary Dorman, and pictured above is the 4th hole on Mt. Kidd Course at the

Kananaskis Country Golf Course where Gary scored a hole-in-one in 1994. The Gary Dorman Memorial Charity Golf

Tournament has raised over $387,000 for BC charities since its inception in 2001, and we’re excited to keep it going

this year!

$255 per golfer with dinner (your fee includes entry for the putting contest)

$95 for dinner only

Payment for golf/dinner may be made by cheque, credit card or cash

Again this year – raffle tickets available online when you register in advance

This event will sell out, so please register early to avoid disappointment Raffle and Silent Auction Prizes

If you would like to donate a prize, it will be used as a raffle or silent auction item where all proceeds will benefit the Lions Gate Hospital Foundation or other designated charity.

Levels of Sponsorship

Hole Sponsorship (32w” x 24h” sign) $500

With this sponsorship, a sign with your company logo will be displayed at a designated hole and you will also receive recognition in the program and on other event materials. (Dinner tickets sold separately) * Please note there are only 12 Hole Sponsorships available.

Specialty Hole Sponsorship $750*

With this sponsorship, a sign with your company logo will be displayed at a designated hole and you will also receive recognition in the program and on other event materials. This sponsorship requires a prize for the hole activity. *The $750 fee includes the $500 hole sponsorship as well as a men’s and ladies prize, each valued at $125 (cash or prize equivalent). (Dinner tickets sold separately) * Please note there are only 2 Specialty Hole Sponsorships available.

Hole in One Sponsorship $750*

With this sponsorship, a sign with your company logo will be displayed at a designated hole and you will also receive recognition in the program and on other event materials. This sponsorship requires prizes for KP’s for that hole, as well as the Hole-in-One insurance. *The $750 fee includes the $500 hole sponsorship as well as a men’s and ladies prize, each valued at $125 (cash or prize equivalent). The $750 fee does not include Hole-in-One insurance. (Dinner tickets sold separately) * Please note there are only 4 Hole in One Sponsorships available.

Silent Auction and /Or Cash Donation

the cash to purchase silent auction items. You will receive
