THE SUBCONSCIOUSMIND!
INTRODUCTION The very tip of the triangle is your conscious
mind. It probably represents about 10% of your brain capacity.
Below this is a slightly larger section is the preconscious, or the subconscious. It is much larger than the conscious mind and accounts for around 50-60% of your brain capabilities.
Unconscious mind occupies the whole width of the base of the triangle and fills out the other 30-40% of the triangle. It is vast and deep and largely inaccessible to conscious thought.

THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND:YOUR AUTOPILOT!
It stores your beliefs, memories, skills, situations you've been through and all images you've ever seen.
Example: A person who wants to learn how to drive a car. In the beginning he's still using his conscious mind to drive. Eventually driving habit gets transferred to his subconscious mind and so the conscious mind become free.
SUBCONSCIOUS:RAM IN YOUR COMPUTER
If you imagine your mind is like a computer
subconscious is like the RAM in your computer(place in a computer where programs and data that are currently in use are kept so they can easily be reached quickly by the computer processor)
SUBCONSCIOUS MIND:CREW OF A SHIP!
Your conscious mind is like the captain of a ship giving out orders.
Subconscious is like the crew in the engine room below deck (the subconscious and the deeper unconscious) that carry out the orders.
SUBCONSCIOUS: CONTROLLER OF YOUR BODILY SYSTEMS
Subconscious controls all your autonomic bodily functions such as breathing, heartbeat, eye-blinking, and digestion. It also controls metabolism.
SUBCONSCIOUS MIND: SOIL IN THE GARDEN OF YOUR MIND! Subconscious is like the
soil that accepts any kind of seed – good or bad.
As you sow in your subconscious mind, so shall you reap in your body and in the conditions in your life
FEELINGS STEM FROM SUBCONSCIOUS ATTITUDES AND BELIEFS
You don't usually hold discussions in your conscious mind
You evaluate an event as bad or sad on a subconscious level
Through practicing visualizations, you can change these subconscious beliefs .
