Concept• Through our research, we decided to offer two levels with varying service
styles• The lower level, is where our BOH is located as well as our on the go
dining area• The upper level, is where our loft is located seating 100 people for fine
dining • Food is prepared and produced at our lower level BOH and our wait staff
delivers food to our upper level via heating trays or trays depending on the food item in a separate staircase located in the back of the restaurant
