We can offer flotation cells in self aspirating and blown tank configurations for many applications with a tank capacities of up to 160 cubic meters, and are currently testing a unit with a volume of 320 cubic meters.
Our design facilities in China have a strong research and development capability, which can customise the flotation development capability, which can customise the flotation equipment to your specific requirements.
The manufacturing operations can produce up to 1000 units per annum and have completed deliveries of more than 10000 units to date, for many different applications. Units have been exported to Saudi Arabia, Australia, Brazil, Canada, South Africa, Russia and Mongolia.
The following are some of our standard units and there features, which we have found cover the normal range of applications, given your particular requirements we can select the best units for the application, or custom design your flotation equipment.

Flotation Cells
Type – JJF Self Suction
The JJF cell offers the unique feature of air suction that eliminates the need for
froth pumping, featuring;
• high air suction
• low energy consumption
• low wear and maintenance costs
• improved air dispersion
• start-up under load
• low reagent consumption
• automatic pulp level control
The cell is used for treating nonferrous, ferrous and non-metallic minerals. The The cell is used for treating nonferrous, ferrous and non-metallic minerals. The
construction of the cell consists of impellor, stator, dispersion cover, main shaft,
with a false bottom for the pulp transfer pipe.

Flotation Cells
Type – GF Pneumo-Mechanical
The GF Pneumo-Mechanical cell can be used for medium or small processing
applications for nonferrous, ferrous, precious metals and non-metallic ores.
Slurries typically with a particle size of 0.074mm distribution between 45 to 90%
and a pulp concentration <45% can be treated. These units feature;
• self suction air with flows up to 1.2m3/m2/min
• self suction for transfer of incoming slurries or middlings froth• self suction for transfer of incoming slurries or middlings froth
• improved circulation of ore pulp, with stable pulp level, without pulp
rotation or water sprays
• high separation rates and high recovery of both coarse and fine
particles
• low power consumption
• long service life of rotating components

We can offer a wide range of flotation cells for many and
varied applications, from self aspirating economical units
to large very efficient externally blown tank type cells.
To facilitate us in giving you a proposal we would like the
following information;
• feed slurry type and mineralogy
• feed slurry volume
• specific gravity of solids
• density of solids
• density of slurry
• preferred reagents
• number and type of flotation steps
• expected mass pull to concentrates
• battery limits for the installation
If this information is not available, a general description of your project will allow
us to make preliminary recommendations and develop the specific application
requirements as more information is available
