WORKING
• Dynamic Tower rotates independently at different speeds, in different directions, resulting in a unique and ever-evolving shape, and introducing a fourth dimension to architecture: Time.
• Each floor rotates 360 degrees within 90 minutes
• The wind turbines generates 1,200,000 kilowatt-hours energy
