More than 8 years of professional experiences in managing Restaurant in hotels.

He started his career with Almond Group in Phnom Penh Restaurant as Captain. He then served as Restaurant Manager in 2012 to 2015.

Prior joining the PSE Institute, in early 2016, as a Head of Food and Beverage Division, he got an opportunity to go to France for exchange program in Apprentis D'Auteuil School in both experience and curriculum of MRA-TP and European TVET.

Samnang is currently serving as Food and Beverage Manager and managing curriculum of F&B Division at the School of Hospitality and Tourism of PSE Institute.

Ms. Mejia is an ASEAN Master Trainer in Food and Beverage Division. She was appointed as one of the Technical Experts and a member of the review panel who develops the TESDA Training Regulations and Competency Assessment Tools for Food and Beverage Services.

She is active in various professional organizations such as the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Educators of the Philippines, where she currently serves as Board Member of Region IV Chapter and member of Tourism Industry Foundation Board Inc.(TIBFI).

Ms. Rhea Corina B. Mejia is the National Idol ng TESDA 2014 and was awarded by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority “the 2016 Tagsanay Award- Most Outstanding TVET Trainer of the Philippines”.
