During the January Board of Directors meeting it wasdecided to authorize an increase in the number of

members allowed to work off their Work Bonds each

month by performing janitorial duties at the club. It'sfelt the facility will be more presentable if two peopleclean on different days each week. Ideally, we'd liketo find members who could come in either on

Generally, the duties include the vacuuming of thecarpet in the meeting room area, the cleaning of thebathrooms and the rooms that contain the lockers

and the emptying of all trash receptacles, includingthose in both ranges. The trash dumpster is emptiedeach Monday morning.

If you are interested in doing this as a way to get yourWork Bond back please contact Bill Bierbach at (303)346-3330 or [email protected]. He will be out of

town for one week during February but if you leave amessage he will get back to you.

Mr. Lees proposed that the club create a 501 (c)3 entity and then marry the mainclub to this entity. If the club can prove an existing 501 (c)3 status with the IRS, thenexemption should be easy to get.
