The Finger Scraper by Infinity Belting Ltd for cleated, non cleated, and textured conveyor belting has been specifically designed to replace conventional bristle brush cleaners that are prone to material build up between the bristles that cause the bristles to clog and eventually become unable to turn freely, resulting in the bristles breaking off and thereby eliminating the brushes effectiveness.
The Finger Scraper is light and compact and is driven by the conveyor belt. It has dual rows of high durometer urethane fingers that effectively clean the surface of the cleated/textured belt by their patented “flicking” motion. The Finger Scraper is in service in Aggregate, Pulp & Paper, Power Generation and Recycling facilities, and has performed beyond our client partners’ expectations, in all weather conditions.
