Just a few minutes outside the city of Delaware, stepping onto the 35 acres of Harvest Hills Farm immediately takes you to a different time and place. Come experience a farm that stands alone in beauty and character. Walk natural paths along the rolling hills, grassy fields, and trees. Pick some wildflowers and say hello to the beautiful horses that call the farm home. Bring your friends and family to enjoy the wholesome environment that only a farm setting can offer. Your guests will have more than just a memory, but an experience while they are at Harvest Hills.

The Gathering Place was originally the home to show horses and has now been transformed to a unique combination of interesting features that are full of rustic history and beauty with

Mingle among the main area of the Gathering place, able to seat up to 300, or step into the Twilight Patio, full of sparkle, lights and texture. Wander across to the Brick Barn, and you and your guests will find yourself in a mid-century dairy barn, repurposed into a one of a kind, industrial-meets-rustic, location for you and your guests to enjoy. Create an intimate feel with a fire among friends, have fun feeding our miniature animals or venture into the field for lawn games and fun. Want to have a hayride or a sparkler send-off to complete the experience? We can do that too. The options are endless as you dream your day up just as you want it. You and your loved ones will not forget your time here.

• Up to 200 white wedding chairs. • 18 60” round tables (comfortably seat 8) and 10 48” round tables (comfortably

The Little White Barn Package 2020

The Little White Barn speaks of authenticity mixed with modern styling. It is a collaboration of old and new, mixed to perfection. When you enter the barn, you will see the original horse stalls are still intact, with new and creative uses. Wander past the cozy seating area into the main space and you will see a flood of natural light through all the windows. As your eyes take in the light, you may see the horses wandering in the 15 acres of pasture or the goats along the side. You can’t help but feel the authenticity and peacefulness that only nature can offer.

• Food Prep area with table space and refrigeration. • Surrounding 10 acres for festivities and guests to explore. • Family friendly with play area and petting animals (optional).



• Detached and separate women and men’s restrooms. • 2 hr Rehearsal Thursday before, between 5-9pm (Fridays may be an option,

Oh The Options… They are Never Ending!

- The Brick Barn: This barn has so many uses - A place for the cocktail hour to happen, a place for people to mingle in the event of rain, a place the ceremony to take place or even extras like photo booths or an indoor dance floor. Endless options! This barn includes the use of two “door-topped” tables that act as a great place for food and beverages to be placed. There are also many small “Spool Tables” that can be used how you like. The Brick Barn also includes the use of our vintage styled cooler that holds up to 75 cans. You will love this space! $500 (eff. 6/1/18)

- Rehearsal Dinner Option: Want to host the Rehearsal Dinner at the Farm as well? We will secure the use of the Brick barn, set –up and tear-down the tables and chairs that you need! $500

- Petting Zoo: Come step inside the pen and feed our fun-loving miniature animals! The Nigerian goats, miniature pigs and fluffy bunnies will keep your guests happy and entertained during the cocktail hour while you take your pictures. They won’t even know you are missing! $75/1 hour

- Wagon Rides: Everybody loves a Hayride! Enjoy an American tradition and we will take you around the Farm. Includes Hay bale seating and blankets to



sit on. 20 guests per ride, 4 rides per hour.

- Bonfire: Two different bonfire locations. We will make sure the fires get going and stay going! $75 each location/2 hours

Fairy Tales DO Come True! Consider an Equestrian Walk-In

Want to arrive at your wedding ceremony in the most stunning way possible? No need to try and sneak up on your ceremony without anyone seeing you! You will take their breath away when you surprise them by arriving side-saddled on one of our beautifully adorned horses. We will braid her hair with wild flowers for that romantic touch. Then we will lead you and her to the top of the aisle for you to dismount and walk down with your loved ones. After the ceremony, have a special time with the horse and your photographer to capture those, oh so romantic shots! $350



Equestrian Photo Shoot

You are choosing to get married at what been a home to horses for over a century! It makes perfect sense to include that aspect in your wedding photos. We will clean them up specifically for you and have a trained professional help you to stage yourself and the horses, so you won’t have to worry about what they are doing while your photographer snaps away! $175

Forpurposesoftheserulesandregulations,the“Lessee”referstothepartiesrentingthefacilityand“HHF”istheFarmatHarvestHills.Pleasereadandinitial/signeachpage.

EVENTDESCRIPTION.LesseeandHHFunderstandandagreethattheEventwillbeconductedonaworkingfarmandthatLesseeandhis/her/theirguestswillbeallowedandinvitedtoobserve,participatein,andenjoyagriculturally-relatededucational,entertainment,historical,cultural,orrecreationalactivities,whichmayinclude:farmtours,interactionwithlivestock,briefeducationaland/ormarketingpresentations,andotheragritourismactivitiesasdeterminedbyHHF.1. ENTERTAINMENTANDDÉCOR: Lesseeshallberesponsibleforprovidingallentertainmentanddecorations for the Event. All entertainment and decorationsmust be approved in advance by HHF.Lesseeshallensure thatnothing isattached to interiororexteriorwalls, ceilings, floors, curtains, fans,lights,orwoodworkwithnails,staples,tape,oranyothersubstancewithoutpermissionfirst.ConfettiisnotpermittedeitherinsideoroutsidetheFacility.

HHFhasdécoryoumayrentthatwillbeplacedonthedayofyouevent.AnydécorthatisrentedfromHHFmustbeleftinproper,undamagedcondition.AnydécortheGuestPartywouldliketobringshouldbeplacedduringtherentalperiodandremovedwiththeperiodaswell,unlessspecificarrangementshavebeenmadeaheadoftime.AlldécormustbeapprovedbyHHF2weekspriortotheevent.2. EVENTTIMEFRAME: Guestsmaycometothefarmat9:00amonthedayoftheeventtobeginpreparations.Outofrespectforoursurroundingneighbors,eventsmuststartquietingdownat10:00pm,withcleanupcompletedby11:30pm.3. MUSICANDENTERTAINMENT: PleasebeawarethatHHFislocatednearresidentialpropertiesandthereforeneighborhoodnoiseregulationsdoapply.IfClient’seventcreatesadisturbanceduetohighnoisevolume,HHF’sonsitemanagerhasfullauthoritytoasktheClient’sDJorlivemusicprovidertoturntheentertainmentvolumedownand/oroff.Ifrepeateddisturbancesoccur,atHHF’ssolediscretion,clientmaybeexpelledfromthepremisesortheoffendingnoisewillbeended.Intheeventofdisturbancestothepointofexpulsion,noportionoftheeventcostswillberefundedtoClient.Loudmusicmustendby10:30PM.TheLesseeisresponsibleforinsuringthatmusicprovidersunderstandtheseconditions.4. FOODANDDRINKS: Lesseeshallberesponsibleforengagingacatererand/orbartendertoprovidefoodand/ordrinksattheevent.Lesseeshallbesolelyresponsibleforworkingwiththecaterertoobtainanynecessaryfoodandbeveragepermitsfortheevent.Noself-servicealcoholicbeveragesarepermittedattheFacility,oranyparkingareas.Beer,wineandonesignaturedrinkservedbyabartenderarepermitted.NoShotspermitted.HarvestHillsFarmisfamilyownedandoperated.WeasafamilyarealsodirectorsofHarvestHillsMinistries,andmaintainthattheguestsofourfarmwillactinamannerthatisrespectfulofthefarmandministryhere.Whileweallowtheuseofalcoholontheproperty,anyexcessiveconsumptionwillnotbetolerated.AlcoholicbeveragesservedattheFacilitymustbeconsumedattheFacility.NominorsshallpossessorconsumealcoholicbeveragesattheFacility.Intheeventaguestisdeemedwithirresponsibleconsumption,HHFwillhireanUberorshuttleservicefortheguestandaddthecoststotherentalbalanceoftheLessee.TheGuestPartiesareresponsibleforprovidingallthebeverages,andalicensedcertifiedinsuredbartender(onethathascompletedServSafeAlcoholorTIPStraining)mustserveanyalcoholicbeverages.Inaddition,theFarmat



HarvestHillsmustbeincludedasanadditionalinsured,providingliquorliabilityof$1million.AcopyoftheliquorliabilityinsuranceandVendor’sLicensefromthebartendermustbegiventotheFarm30dayspriortotheevent,aswellasacopyofthetrainingcertificatetheyhavereceived.

HHFreservestherightoffinalapprovalofalloutsidecaterersandanyothervendorsselectedfortheevent.Allcaterersmustprovideproofofpublicliabilityinsurance,includingtheexpirationdate,thepolicylimits,andthenameoftheinsurer,atleastthirty(30)dayspriortothedateoftheevent.HHFrequiresa7%servicefeeofcateringbilltocoveruseofthevenueandtheitemswithin.TheLesseewillprovidecateringservicewiththeCateringAgreementfortheirapprovaltobesignedandreturnedtoHHF.TheHHFPrepRoomisaproductionspaceandistobeusedonlyforfinalfoodpreparation,plating,andbussing.HHFdoesnotprovidedishes,glassware,pots,pans,knivesutensils,etc.ThePrepRoomspacewillbeprovidedinacleanconditionandthespaceshouldbereturnedtoacleanconditionimmediatelyfollowingyourevent..AlleventtrashmustbedisposedofintothedumpsterlocatedbehindthePrepRoomattheconclusionoftheevent.5. PRODUCTSOFTHEFARMATHARVESTHILLS: Asaworkingfarm,thereareproductsseasonablyavailabletoincorporateintotheevent..Whenavailable,flowersorproductsproducedshallberequestedbytheLesseetobeincludedintheevent,atreasonableandcustomarypricesinadditiontotheRentalFee.Typicalitemswouldbefarm-growncutflowers,pumpkins,rawhoney,freerangeeggsorproduce.6. SMOKING: Becauseofthenatureofthefarmandallthewoodandnaturalmaterials,allthebuildingsarenon-smoking,andweaskthatyourefrainfromsmokingduringyourvisithere.However,ifnecessary,therearedesignatedsmokingspots.7. CANDLES: AllusemustbeapprovedbyHHF.Noopenflamespermittedinthebarns.8. SECURITYDEPOSIT: TheGuestPartyagreestopayanon-refundablesecuritydepositof$500toholdthedateofthewedding,andtocoverpotentialdamages/losses.ThisisreturnabletotheGuestPartywithin2weeks

aftertheeventhasbeenheldandtheFarmhasbeeninspectedfordamages.Intheeventthatthewedding/eventiscancelled,thisdepositisnotrefunded.OtherpaymentswillbereturnedasdetailedintheRulesandRegulations.9. Typicalpaymentscheduleforvenuerentalfee:

25%due1yearpriortotheevent.50%due9monthspriortotheevent.75%due6monthspriortotheevent.100%due3monthspriortotheevent.

Thesepaymentsmaybemadebycash,checkorcreditcard.Ifusingcreditcard,a3%feeisaddedtothecosttocoverchargefees.

10. CANCELLATIONS: Ifanevent iscancelledmorethan180dayspriortotheevent,allrentalpaymentsare refunded,with theexceptionof a$500reservation fee. If cancelled90-180daysprior to theevent,50%ofrentalpaymentsarerefunded,lessthe$500reservationfee.. Ifcancelledlessthan90days,rentalpaymentswillnotberefunded.NorefundwillbeissuedtoLesseeifaneventisshortenedorcancelledduetoinclementweatherormechanicalorequipmentfailure.LesseeshallpromptlynotifyHHFofanydefect,damage,orproblemrelating



totheFacility.Loudmusic,excessivenoise,andinappropriate,illegal,orunrulybehaviorarenotpermittedattheFacility andHHF shall have the right to cancel theEvent and/or eject anyLessee, guest, or third-party for suchbehavior.

11. DAMAGE/CLEANUP: Lessee shall be responsible for the care of the Facility during theEventandshallberesponsibleforanydamagestheretoandforanydamage,destruction,orlossofHHF’sproperty. HHFmay charge $75per hour for any extraordinary cleanup required following theEvent.Property and personal items belonging to Lessee or any third party (including, e.g., florists,photographers,musicians,bakers,andguests)mustbepromptlyremovedfromtheFacilityfollowingtheEvent.HHFisnotresponsibleforanyitemsleftattheFacilityfollowingtheEvent.Lesseeshallensurethatnothing isdepositedonthegrassorparkingareas, includingwithout limitationchemicals,kitchenwater,grease,and/orotherproducts.

12. ADDRESS/PARKING:The venue address for guests is 670 Hills Miller Road, Delaware, OH43015.GuestparkingispermittedonlyinareasdesignatedbyHHF.Thisisthegrassparkinglotlocatedatthetopofthehill.InappropriatelyparkedvehiclesandvehiclesremainingattheFacilityfollowingtheeventmaybetowedattheowner’sexpense.

However, handicapped or challenged individuals may drive down and be dropped off at theentranceofthebarn.Thereare5parkingspotslocatedimmediatelyacrossfromthebarnfordesignatedindividuals.

Vendorandweddingpartyindividualsmayusetheentrancelocatedat455ClearRunRoad,andparkinfrontofthelargestoragegarageattheentranceofthedrive.

13. REHEARSALS: TheLesseeiswelcometousethevenueforaceremonyrehearsalpriortothewedding.However,ceremonyrehearsaltimesmustbeapprovedbyHHFandmustbescheduledsothattherehearsaldoesnotinterferewithanyothereventsthatmaybeoccurring.Useofthefacilityforyourrehearsalisincludedinourvenuerentalprice.14. CHILDREN: Allchildrenundertheageof16mustbesupervisedbyanadultatalltimes.Childrenarenotpermittedtowanderthegroundsunattendedbyanadult.

15. RELEASE/INDEMNIFICATION/INSURANCE: Lessee assumes all risks associated with theEvent and use of the Facility and will, to the fullest extent permitted by law, release, defend, holdharmless,andindemnifyHHF,anditsowners,employees,agents,andrepresentativesfromandagainstany and all claims for bodily injury, death, property loss, or damage, and any and all liabilities, costs,expenses, or attorneys’ fees which arise from or relate to the Event. HHF may request that Lesseeprovide a Certificate of Insurance and Additional Insured Endorsement naming HHF as an additionalinsuredpriortotheEvent.Lesseeunderstandsandagreesthat,asanagritourismprovider,HHFshallbeimmunefromcivilliabilityasprovidedinsection901.80(B)oftheOhioRevisedCode.

WARNING: Under Ohio law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in anagritourismactivityconductedatthisagritourismlocationif that injuryordeathresultsfromthe



inherentrisksofthatagritourismactivity.Inherentrisksofagritourismactivitiesinclude,butarenotlimitedtotheriskofinjuryinherenttoland,equipment,andanimalsaswellasthepotentialforyouasaparticipanttoactinanegligentmannerthatmaycontributetoyourinjuryordeath.Youareassumingtheriskofparticipatinginthisagritourismactivity.

16 HHF’SLIABILITY: HHF is not responsible for “acts of God,” including inclement weather, orcertainactsbythirdparties,includinggovernmentalbodies,whichpreventHHFfromhostingtheEventat itsFacility. IfHHFdetermines, at its solediscretion, thathostingLessee’s event is likely to causeaviolation of local, state, or federal law, or endanger the safety of any person, HHF may immediatelyterminatethisAgreement,withoutnoticenorliabilitytoLessee,andmayretaintheRentalFee.HHFmay,atitsdiscretion,rescheduletheEventattherequestofLessee,andapplyallorsomeportionoftheRentalFeeand/orSecurityDeposittowardtherescheduledEvent.IfHHFotherwiseterminatesorbreachesthisAgreement, Lesseemay recover damages in an amount that shall not exceed the sumof all paymentsmadebyLesseeunder thisAgreement. HHFSHALLNOTBELIABLEFORANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM BREACH OR CANCELLATION OF THISAGREEMENT.17. ASSIGNMENT: Theparties’rightsandobligationsunderthisAgreementmaynotbeassignedortransferredtoanypersonorentitywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherparty.

18. MISCELLANEOUS: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesandreplacesallprioragreementsandunderstandingsbetweenthepartiesconcerning thesubjectof thisAgreement. Noprovisionof thisAgreementmaybeamendedormodifiedexcept inawritingsignedby theparties. The failureofHHFtoenforceanyprovisionof thisAgreementwill not constitute awaiver of such provision or preclude subsequent enforcement of theAgreement or any provision thereof. The headings of the paragraphs in this Agreement are insertedsolely for the convenience of the reader and shall have no force or effect on the interpretation orconstructionofthisAgreement.HHFshallhavetherighttotakephotographsduringtheEventandtousesuch photographs for advertising purposes. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed inaccordancewiththelawsoftheStateofOhio.
