The Man: His Responsibility His spiritual responsibility to his children:

Teach them God’s word (Gen. 18:19; Deut. 6:6-9; Psa. 78:5-7; Prov. 1:8; 6:20; 13:1; 23:24)

Lead them to serve the Lord (Josh. 24:15)

Bring them up (nurture) in the chastening (child training) and admonition (warn, put to mind) of the Lord (Eph. 6:4; Lk. 2:52)

Some are too busy with their work or hobbies to care for their children

Some are unwilling to pay the price for godly fatherhood; let someone else do it

Some are selfish and worldly and showing their children how to be the same
