POOL TIME: Prior to using the pool or spa, please shower at the pool side station. Wet bathing suits are not permitted in the clubhouse proper. The rest room facilities are main-tained throughout the day, please dry off before entering and use common courtesy when using the facilities. During these summer months residents get many visitors that like to use the pool. Please make sure your guests are aware of the Rules. As this is a Senior Community please use discretion when it comes to; playing games in the water, large pool toys and loud music. There is to be no smoking, pets or food in the pool area. If using the grills please be sure to clean up afterwards.
MANAGEMENT OFFICE: Please do not stop the mainte-nance crew with repair issues or complaints. All work or-ders/issues must go through the Management Office.
GUESTS: At this time of year many of our Residents are enjoying the company of family and friends. Please re-member to show them courtesy and kindness as they visit our “Friendly Community”. Remember also that homeown-ers are responsible for the actions of their guests. Please make your guests aware of the rules of the community.
GOLF CARTS: Residents please do not let your “young” guests drive your Golf Carts in the Community. All drivers should be licensed and insured.

Crime Prevention Task Force is a community service organization developed by former law enforcement officers. Their mission is to achieve more awareness by the public of the criminal threat facing everyone in today’s society and show effective measures to counter that threat. Topics discussed are: *Identity Theft * Fraud & Scams * Purse Snatching * Guns & Alternative Weapons * Hurricane Safety * Carjacking & more...The program requires only 30 minutes, alt-hough 40 minutes are recommended to accommo-date questions & answers for residents. Saving lives, preventing personal injury and/or property loss are the main goals. There is No Charge for our Resi-dents. Stop in to get more informed.
