AN EXPERT TEAM DEDICATED TO YOU
MATTEO GOICH has always worked as Manager and Commercial
Director in various companies.
He has been immediately able to identify custo-
mer’s needs and compete in sales starting from
basics since his first experience as a Salesman,
He has been successful in creating and develo-
ping commercial networks, entrusting products
to a selected and qualified staff.
He also attended Masters and training courses in
sales. Increasing his professional curriculum and
updating his sales techniques which represent
the core of his work to meet market’s latest need is
his must. He has organized and participated to
international events in fields such as marble, gra-
nite, ceramics, mining, aggregates and environ-
ment since 1997. Traveling across the world he has
gained knowledge of various sectors’ international
markets, developing important partnerships with
both collaborators and global companies.
MASSIMO BERTOLUCCI, after working in the engine department of Piag-
gio in Pontedera where he experienced working
in an industrial excellence, began his hands-on
training in the sector of technical systems.
At first, he started as a Mechanic, then he was
promoted Head of Technical Assistance, and
finally Technical and Design Director.
He has created and established companies over
the years. Especially he takes care of each and
every aspect of production and spare part depart-
ments, but he also focuses his work on the crea-
tion of just in time technical assistance services.
He has selected and trained many skilled techni-
cians who have always been chosen for expertise.
He attended training and management courses
dedicated to technical areas. Since 2003, MATEC
foundation year, he has also developed skills and
competences in design and engineering of turn-
key systems, coordinating MATEC design center
which consists of 6 engineers. He has successfully
carried out projects up to 5 million euros.

products in USA, Canada and Mexico.
Through our headquarters based in North Ca-
rolina, we can offer fast services, as well as fast
delivery and before and after sales assistance.
Customers can also find all the spare parts for
any Matec Srl product and machine.
MATEC AMERICA was born with the purpose
of providing services just in time all across the
American market, supporting Matec’s products
with an excellent technical and commercial or-
ganization. MATEC AMERICA can offer filtration

the most important are: mines, aggregates,
gravel, sand, stone, marble, ceramics and
glass. Our turnover is 90% in the mining and
quarrying sector. Our machines are born in the
sector of the aggregates. Our machines are
made with the experience on installation and
maintenance of more than 2500 plants and
equipments.

Matec manufacture complete turnkey plants
(fixed and mobile ones), which consist of:
• Filter presses, side beam 400, 500, 630, 800,
1000, 1200, 1300, 1500, 1500x2000, 2000,
2005x2006 and over beam 1500, 1500x2000,
2000 for about 120 models;
• Thickeners, vertical (from 2 to 600 m3) and
horizontal ones (from 8 to 40 meter diameter)
for about 60 models;
• Flocculant dosing systems;
• Homogenizing tanks.

Matec does not produce only filter press. We
produce complete plants (FROM A TO Z) to de-
liver guaranteed results:
Clean water (over 95%);
Dry cakes with average 15% residual moisture.
* Depending on treated material
Matec decanters can be vertical and horizontal
and built in stainless steel or masonry (only for
large horizontal ones). They are designed for
the best result available in terms of clarification.
Both take advantage of the solids decantation
principle, with the horizontal decanter which
also includes a scraping bridge to push the
sludge towards the bottom.
The sludge thickened at the bottom of the
decanter is discharged by gravity (in the verti-
cal version) or extracted from a pump (in the
horizontal version)

HIGHLIGHTS
HPT (High Pressure Technology): Our machi-
nes work at higher pressure than competitors’.
Higher pressure means better components to
sustain it, but it means better results and shor-
ter cycles especially.
NEW TT2 FAST: The New TT2 Fast is the fastest
opening system on the market. It works in
sections and through two dedicated hydraulic
pistons which move a steel bar to hook the dif-
ferent sections.
Gasser Shakers: Dedicated hydraulic cylinders
which lift up the plates to shake them and di-
scharge some mud still attached to the plates
eventually.
OPTIONAL
Real Washing: 100% automatic washing
system that washes 20 by 20 plates for a fast
process and excellent results. With our system
you can wash:
1) Cloths
2) Under-cloths
3) Cakes
4) Piping
The best thing is that the operator can imme-
diately check the result
NO EXTRA PUMP, NO WASTE OF EXTRA WATER
Membrane plates: Special plates that can be
filled with water to dehydrate the mud even
further and obtain cakes with less residual
moisture.
Drain: it is a special drainer positioned below
the filter press to collect any drops of water
from the plates.
