THE EXAMINER
For every student that takes the STAAR assessments they will receive a CSR with their testing results.
Campuses must: Verify upon receipt that all stu-
dents tested have a CSR Notify the district Testing Of-fice of any missing CSRs
Provide a copy to parents by the date established in the DCCM and
file a copy in the student’s permanent records If there is a Labels page, ensure that the testing label
has been affixed to the page Ensure that students who took more than one state as-
sessment have a CSR filed (current LEP students should have both the STAAR and the TELPAS CSR) in the student’s permanent record
It is the responsibility of the campus to ensure that the results are placed in the student’s records

THANKS “They said it couldn’t be done…..” Edgar Albert Guest
We want to thank everyone that has worked this year with the state assessments. It has been a rough year with the change in testing vendors, software, materials, and late deliveries. Through it all, you have proven again the caliber of commitment you have to the dis-trict and most importantly to our students. Your dedi-cation and ability to maintain your humor is greatly ap-preciated by us all. We wish you all “good testing”!

TSI Reminders
It is critical that you have been and are saving the student’s
individual score reports (ISRs) each time the student has
tested. This is the most efficient method for retrieving
scores when needed. This will become easier next year
when student’s grade level will be included.
If students are retesting under a secondary ID number
(banner ID) it is important that you go back into TSI web-
site and merge the student’s records as early as possible.
