Market development in Europe:a slow growth

The business data services have a share of 9% of the total telecom market

A CAGR of 5% between 2002 and 2007. The main drivers are IP VPN and Hosting services. However when companies migrate from traditional frame relay VPN

to VPN IP the ARPU decreases by 30%.
