General Notes:1) Marble and granite are natural stone materials containing veins with tonality differences. Therewill be colour and marking differences caused by their complex mineral composition and incorporated
impurities. While such materials can be pre-selected before installation, this non-conformity in themarble or granite as well as non-uniformity between pieces, cannot be totally avoided. Granite tilesare pre-polished before laying and care has been taken for their installation. However, granite beinga much harder material than marble cannot be re-polished after installation. Hence, some differencesmay be felt at the joints.
2) As timber is a natural product, it is not possible to achieve total consistency of colour and grain in its selection and installation.
3) The air-conditioning system has to be maintained and cleaned on a regular basis by the Purchaserfrom the time of delivery of the Sale Unit by the Developer. That includes the cleaning of filter and clearing the condensate pipes to ensure good working condition of the system.
4) The layout/location of wardrobe, kitchen cabinets, kitchen appliances and fan coil units is subject to the architect’s final design.
5) All connection, installation, subscription and other fees and charges for television, cable vision, Internet and other services supplied to the Sale Unit by third party service providers (whether chosenby the Purchaser or appointed by the Developer or the Management Board when constituted) shallbe paid for by the Purchaser.
6) Where any warranty(ies) is provided by the manufacturer, contractor and/or supplier of any of the fixtures, equipment, appliances and/or water proofing installed or applied by the Developer at and/orin the Unit, the Developer shall, in fulfillment of the Developer’s obligation to the Purchaser with regard to the same, assign or deliver to the Purchaser such warranty(ies) on the date that possessionof the Unit is delivered to the Purchaser and thereafter the Developer shall cease to be liable to
the Purchaser for the same.7) The brand and model of all the equipment supplied shall be provided subject to availability.8) Glass is a manufactured material that is not 100% pure. Invisible nickel sulphide impurities may
cause spontaneous glass breakage in certain pieces of heat-strengthened glass. The Purchaser isrecommended to take up home insurance covering glass breakage to cover this possible event.
